Linebackers Moise Fokou and Greg Lloyd were traded last night from Philadelphia to Indianapolis. The trade became official this afternoon in time for the pair to practice with the team. Fokou and Lloyd want to learn, catch up and contribute.

The topic of foot speed came up today at Colts training camp between wide receivers T.Y. Hilton and Donnie Avery. When asked the speedier of the two, veteran Reggie Wayne had other thoughts, and he likes the talent Indianapolis has in camp among the receivers.

Deji Karim joined Indianapolis this year after playing previously with Jacksonville. In playing the Colts in Indianapolis, Karim always noted the competitive environment of Lucas Oil Stadium. Karim spent a few moments recently with Colts.com.
