One of the best independent analysts out there, highly recommend his youtube channel, here is his take on the Colts offensive line and Luck's recent success

The only thing that somewhat surprised me was not trading Brissett. I thought it might be a good opportunity to capitalize on a team like the Jags or Bucs trying to contend, and we could get a 2nd round pick for him. Maybe I overestimated that he'd be a lot more now with an extra half a year remaining on his contract between now and the end of the season. We'll see what value we get for him in the offseason.
We might never trade him, Eagles valued back up quarterback position and it took them to the super bowl. We might just be happy to have one of the backups in the game and keep it that way. It aint Madden

Very happy the Texans made this trade, will set them back a wee bit more.
Doesn't make any sense.
BOB should be on his way out soon anyway.

People need to hold their horses, we "produced" against the Raiders and the Bills lmao
Team is looking like a unit and offensive line looks strong, lets see what we can do against average teams/defenses.

We are in the middle of building a team, no need for someone like OBJ.

And Norwell is now playing beside their 3rd string LT.
Yet somehow today i am very much liking our own position.Nelson has been fantastic, considering the state of the offensive line and the competition he has been going up against.

Please keep this boy healthy. Absolute joy to watch him run, so much fun. I think we got our guy.

I have been saying for a while, we got great talent and potential at running back. Between the tackle bruiser with Wilkins, pass catcher in Hines and an absolute number one in Mack.
Why would anyone want Bell is beyond me at this point.

Ballard has been one of the best scouts in the league for years. He has been involved in some great draft classes going to the Chiefs and Bears back in the day. Absolute god send to one of the worst roster in the league 2-3 years ago.
All we need now is consistency from the coaching staff and this whole bunch of youngsters melting into a team which is already happening and a blast to watch every sunday.
I mean this team never gives up and I love it!

I personally have been impressed by the rookie runners, Wilkins been steady, OL been messy.
Mack can easily be a stud and 3 down player if he can stay healthy.
I have no interest in Leveon at all.

Find it fascinating that people still want a so called decent running back before a decent offensive line.

Regardless the picks, what I see that we are finally fighting, we have hungry players who try and stay in games and pursue on offense and defense. We haven't had that since Dungy.
How people don't understand that the main reason we have been good in the past 12 years was our quarterbacks.
What Ballard is trying to establish here is a culture and a lasting franchise that isn't necessarily dependant on quality quarterback play. We need time, do you guys think Seattle built their franchise talent in one year?
Ballard hasn't done anything ridiculous like Griggson and his T-Rich deal or anything similar that would allow anyone to say he has been bad. He has a great track record in Chicago and Kansas as well. He wants hungry young players, filter the ones who can't make plays and when we have a base, we'll add through free agency. Love the idea and I think he is establishing that base as we speak.

I don't trust our doctors to be fair, loads of mishandled situations, let him heal fully and get him back on the field 100%.

Am I the only one around here who doesn't want Bell and also don't think he would be a good fit here?

For those who question Luck's arm strength

ballard has had misses
Yep, who hasnt tho? Still drafted the likes of Forte, Briggs, Tillman, Dee Ford, Tyreek Hill, Kelce and so on so on. The guy has been around the great team building projects one actually reaching the Super Bowl. No reason to go on a rant saying it's our worse draft class or he is like Griggson (I know it wasn't you but some others)

Love how some think they are smarter than one of the most successful scouts in the past decade. Trust Ballard, he has a great eye for talent.
Scouting report on Turay
What we did was look at all the top pass-rushers in this draft. (Bradley) Chubb, (Marcus) Davenport, (Harold) Landry. Compared them with Kemoko. The amount of times they rushed the passer, and the amount of times they affected the QB, whether by sack, hurries or hits. Kemoko rushed the passer – throughout his career, which was four years – half as many times as all the other guys. Everyone was around 1,000 rushes. Kemoko was like 550. The amount of times Kemoko hurried the QB was close to the guys who had 500 more rushes. Hits? Was more than the other guys. This is total number, not percentage, in regards to pressures.

Something someone said when we drafted luck.

Boring? Lol, I think Luck is one of the most entertaining quarterbacks out there, tough, can pass deep, can run the ball and always gets right back up after being nailed over and over again (that was the past)
He might have been boring to some in college as Stanford run a more traditional offense, not your usual 60+ points college one, but he is every bit of entertaining
