  1. I haven't seen the Colts play since that nightmare on the Bayou (Oct. 23). despite the 0-12 record I still am looking forward to watching them December 22nd! I don't think Houston has ever won in Indy so maybe the Colts do it again lol,It will be the last time Peyton will be on the Colts sidelines in Indy, more than likely.

How could you possibly know that? That fact is no one has any idea except maybe Manning and the Colts FO

  2. its obvious though that they are trying to go 16-0. Why not? They are the defending Super Bowl champs. I hope they do though so they learn their lesson too about imperfection just like the Patriots. I dont believe theres any team that can compete against the Ravens defense right now. I just want to the the Saints or Packers offense to get humiliated. Mostly the Saints though. I hate them...

The Ravens? Seriously? The lost to Seattle, Tennessee put up 26 on them, they lost to a pathetic Jacksonville team, of all the AFC contenders, Baltimore scares me less that New England, Pittsburgh, and maybe even Houston.

  3. I really think that the Packers are trying to go perfect. When they ask Rodgers about going perfect, you can tell they are trying to. He gives that smile at every post game interview. They will lose in the Super Bowl i think. Probably to the Ravens...

I love the Packers attitude towards it. They aren't shying away from it but they aren't talking it up too much either. When they get asked about it they give an honest answer unlike the clowns in the Colts organization. I've heard Rodgers say we will talk about it more when we get to 14-0 or 15-0, but it won't matter if we don't take it one game at a time. To me that is the perfect answer and I love it. They will go for it when the time comes.

  4. I'm planning on going on the LOS tour, even though I have been there several times they are going to take us down on the field, in the locker rooms, and show us various behind the scenes of the Super Bowl type things, so I'm looking forward to that. I'll hit up the NFL Experience too and check out the Super Bowl Village thing that they have put together. It'll be fun.

I went to Super Bowl XLIV but I didn't get there until Saturday afternoon so I am looking forward to doing some of the things I didn't get to do down in Miami.

  5. I think the last game that I got to watch the Colts play was when they got destroyed by the Saints on Sunday Night Football. There have been at least 2 or 3 games after that that were supposed to be aired in my area, but they all got bumped for other games. I have been listening to the games on the internet in recent weeks, but its just not the same. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I know that a winless team isn't going to draw a lot of ratings from people who aren't fans, but I wish that I could see the Colts at least one more time on TV before the season ends...

I'm a Colts season ticket holder living in central Illinois. I have not gone to Indianapolis for a game all year so I stay at home and watch games on TV. We use to get all of the Colts games here but we haven't gotten one here since the Houston game to start the season. I don't have a problem with it because they usually show me a better game than the Colts game. The only week I had a problem with it was when they showed Kansas City at Detroit instead of Cleveland at Indy but it wasn't that big of a deal because we are extremely terrible this year.

  6. Addai has been an average runner. Getting 1000 yards over a 16 game season isn’t a measuring stick of a great RB like it was in a 14 or 12 game regular season during seasons past. Addai can block and catch so he has some skills but I would not place him in the top 20 backs in the league.

It's pretty good considering Manning throws it 40-50 times a game.

  7. If you go so far as to be unable to forgive people for a football decision, you need serious psychiatric help. Forgiveness is required when your existence, or your innocence has been infringed upon, deceived, or damaged. It's a freaking sport. Get over it. You are in the sad minority.

It wouldn't have mattered anyway because we lost the Super Bowl.

Well this is a sports message board and I will never forgive them for that. I didn't say that it consumes every minute of my day and I lose sleep at night because of it. You are in the overwhelming minority.

  8. http://www.49ers.com...n-schedule.html

Their schedule is easy. The only challenging teams they have faced is the New York Giants and the Baltimore Ravens. And they lost. What do you think?

They are legit. They play great defense and can run. Plus they actually beat the Giants, they didn't lose like you claim they did. They haven't beaten any of the elite teams but that do have some nice wins like at Cincinnati and at Detroit, both of those wins came when the Bengals and Lions were playing well. The most impressive thing about them though is that they are 4-1 in the eastern time zone, and all of those wins were early starts, for a west coast team, that is like playing at 10am. Their one loss in on the east coast was on a Thursday night (short week) against a good Baltimore team. This team is 11-2, they are good.

  9. they do not seem to understand this.In the NFL,the QB that is elite, must have master passing skills and high football IQ ,Tebow has arena league talent. The Broncos D ought to be poed because they are the ones that have really led he resurgence and mod edit Tebow is getting all credit.Oh well, all the more fun when the big doofus crashes. He does not seem to be the sharpest knife in the droor either.

Mod Note: Please, NO insulting nicknames for any NFL teams or players.

If you are going to insult someone's intelligence, at least spell correctly. Droor?

  10. 7 games worth isn't enough? I mean.....it's pretty basic with him. Not like he's changing blocking schemes & checking out of plays twice per snap, all while running the two minute drill.

I think he will get better and that offense will continue to evolve, if Elway gives it a chance. Tebow is only in his 2nd season, he has only started 10 games.

  11. Tebow is a gimmick... Nothing more nothing less. Next year when teams have all this film on him he will be TOAST.

Just like in 4 years of college when he tore up the NFL's minor league. People have film on every starting QB in the league. If you are good you are good. Tebow is good. He's not going anywhere and he will be winning for years to come.

  12. Some of us actually want the Colts to win and could care less if they get the first pick or not. I want to see how players like Addison play out, AJ Edds, etc. "experimenting" will not lead to wins. I for one do not want the Colts to finish 0-16. Also this scheme has lost the Colts a lot of games before which is why us fans don't want to see it. The bend but don't break defense especially doesn't work when you leave Gronkowski wide open in the red zone. It's just poor play.

"experiment" is was 0-12 teams do. You have no chance of doing anything with this season so you see what you have by giving different players a chance to play

  13. the NFL isn't college,he completed like 10 passes,HE IS A GAME MANAGER

He is a baller. I don't care how many passes he completes. They are winning because of him, he provides a spark, he makes plays that no other QB in the league makes, he can run linebackers over. He is a winner.

  14. yeh, why do they play zone to begin with, why isnt it man coverage all the time, with any team. the fact that a player cant cover another player seems like that player is under performing. besides theres more free players than receivers.

puzzles me when you see a receiver wide open behind everyone, makes you wonder what they are thinking, see them running with the player then drop off while watching the qb, thats just getting sucked in.

Offenses create plays designed to run against zones and confuse defensive backs. It happens.

  15. He is below average in skill, and above average in luck.He is not that good,I know a lot of you want that for various reasons, but they are winning on Defense and Von Miller more than anything. He might have a ok career as a modern day Joe Kapp but he is not an elite, nor ever will be an elite QB.That game today was won on pure stupidity by Ponder.

Guess he was lucky in pee wee, high school, and college too. He just forgot how to play football when he put an NFL jersey on.
