Mathis finishes as the 2nd ranked 34 OLB on the year. 7th in pass rush productivity.

It's my opinion that we should be one of the top 3 or 4 favorites to win the Super Bowl next year. Luck will have two full seasons under his belt. Getting back Wayne, Allen, Ballard, Thomas, etc. I expect Da'Rick to be a beast next year. Bring in a few free agents on D, And a center not named Satele, and we should be a very dangerous team. I have faith in T-Rich too and expect him to be much improved behind a revamped Offensive line.

First of all, I think he's played well this year. I would assume he will take over as our starting NT next year, What do you guys think?

Rogers was a beast again today.
We need to hit WR hard this offseason.
Rogers is going to be fine. He wasn't being targeted today until Hasselbeck came in, And he was open a few times, He was open when he and TY ran that double slant and TY picked up big yardage. Rogers will be our number one next year with Reggie, and TY, With Whalen as the 4, And that will be a very solid core of wide outs. Have faith.

is Howell on IR? i cant remember. Ive been curious to see how he and Landry play together since Bethea is a FA next year

What is the record for most players on IR. We have to be getting close to it.

The more I think about it I don't see us getting Byrd. Like someone else already said I think Howell can be a very good player. I do think we need to go all in for Mack. If not Dietric Smith or De La Puente would be alright. (Anyone but Satele) ILB should be priority number 2 and there are several good options. Spikes, Butler, Smith, Dansby, etc. Wouldn't be surprised if Grigs brings in someone like Jordan from KC though.

Thought this would be interesting. What would your ideal offseason be? Free Agency and the draft. Realistic as possible. Mine would be....
Bring back Vontae, Adam V, Boomstick, Brown, and then Reitz and Mcglynn (for depth) Then sign....

Then I would love to somehow get Roby in the second. Not sure about the 3rd on yet. I would really like to see us make a run at Orakpo, but I think Grigs will stick with Walden and Werner (Whose getting better by the way) Or dump Toler and get Shields, but I don't see that happening either. Its not looking like we need a wide out. I'm really excited about Rogers, and Whalen.

I think he gets it myself. If Luck hits him deep once he can get 40-50 on one play. Then a few 10-15 yarders and he'll have it. If we get up big, Wonder if they would try to make sure he gets it?

Amazing performance from the D today. Offence was awesome too, But with a few additions in the off season I really believe we could have a top 3-5 defense. Seems like the D got better the minute Pat went on IR. Anyone agree?

Whalen deserves a lot of credit today guys. Had a great game. I'm starting to like him a lot more than Lavon, Especially after that drop that would have been 7. Future is looking really bright.

At least we finally got a break when Bethea grabbed Bowe's jersey. LOL. I thought they would say Brown stepped out too. Playing good football today fellas.

Two out of the last three weeks now we have been on the wrong end of ridiculous calls. Seems like we have been getting robbed quite a bit this year. that was clearly a fumble.

Manning, Brady, Rivers. Luck if one doesn't play (Which somebody wont) Then I'll go with Brees, Wilson, Newton. I think Foles should get in before Kap if Brees or Wilson is in the Super bowl.

If Grigson doesn't cut Toler and sign another CB (Shields) I'll be immediately upset with offseason moves. Toler is useless, can't guarantee good play from him, can only guarantee injuries. This is already as bad as Bob Sanders level.
Yes. That's what I hope we do too. Sam Shields with Vontae would be deadly.

Man what's up with Bowe? I don't understand. He should be a top 10 receiver in the league. Has all the talent in the world. My opinion is it's Alex Smith, But I wanted an opinion from a KC fan. In the offseason I was really hoping we would go after him.
