You can't put all the blame on Pagano, but give some credit of the failure of this organization to Grigson. The draft picks, free agent pick ups, undrafted free agents, and the pick up north (Canada) yielded for the most part negative results,. Now, the team is on Panic Mode with 1-3 record. Totally unacceptable with these two being the architect of this team.

What's wrong with Fields and Harris according to the draft guru in 2917 draft? You can start to build from there (two edge) rushers. Make sure too fire PAGANO AND GRIGSON before the season is over otherwise you'll have soft edge rushers.

This team is too soft and being enabled by an inept coach and GM that's the culture issue.

If they don't fire Pagano and Grigson soon at least we'll draft in the top 5 or 10 every year for the next 3 to 4 years picking up blue chip players if we're lucky then a new coach will be hired after pags/Grigs contract.

These coaches that the team brings in like, philbin, shottenheimer, chud, just can't get the team inspired motivated. There is a reason why they were fired. Same reason they should fire Pags and Grigs, lack of an assertive and proactive style approach with the players, not holding them accountabe. Allen and Castonzo would have been benched or cut by other teams by now, these are just to name a few. The list can go on.

Luck appears to be regressing no matter what OC You put in there. Get new GM and HC might make a difference. Otherwise you're looking at an overrated, overpaid 140 M + BUST.

Overhaul the secondary , make sure it's not Grigs picking players and drafting them. Oh wait he'll probably won't be in the Colts organization anyway. Another disappointing season colt fans. We have to face it no matter how much we justify or make excuses it's same ol crappy product we're being dealt. Until the owner is sober to realize it the results will be the same.

Colts should be 2-2 after Sunday. 28-17 Colts. If they lose, Pagano should be fired on the spot and Grigson should join him.
I would argue that Grigson's work over the past 2 years is vastly improved
in Colts Football

Front office usually get the blame, rightfully so as accentuated by Reggie Wayne's comments. He was accurate in his assessment on this team's dismal performance and pretty much alot of fans agree including myself. So, Grigson if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.
