The Colts have a 10% chance of making the Playoffs and a big fat "0" percent of advancing....Let's get real folks, we'll be talking like this and posting again next year if the owner doesn't make a change immediately.....Give the new coach to assimilate himself and mold this team into a winner....Fire Grigs/Pags as in yesterday....

All along I've echoed the sentiments of bringing a young, energetic coach (McDaniel) as some of you agree. Why not? He's paid his dues, he's learned from the best, he could bring an instant winner with his football mind and experience under Bellichick. I would say, give him a chance, almost five years and no Super Bowl under these two(Pags/Grigs)....not a chance of winning anytime soon, especially this year....

When do we get rid of Pags/Grigs? They're simply the pits of the organization who's just bringing the team down to a door mat....ala Browns....Sad, but before we know it, Luck will be in his 30's like the Romo's, Rivers, Dalton of the world that will never ever go to the big Dance...

I think we're putting the cart before the horse here w/Dorsett. I believe his mechanics need to be refine, and this requires a diligent and smart receivers coach....and this falls back to the head coach who can't delegate, select the right coaching staff for the players.....Also, we wouldn't be discussing this if Grigson was sent packing months ago...Need to get rid of him and have him take Pags w/him to another zip code.

Owner not looking deep enough. Josh McDaniel, some in college rank to explore possibilities to ger you to the next level would be a success. 4 or 5 yrs of mediocre performance ain't cutting it. Drain the incompetence, starting at GM spot on down. This team is pathetic and will never win a SB with this bunch.

Let Luck sit out the rest of the season and let's focus on getting a high draft pick. This is after you dumped those talent less coaches and incompetent GM who is a sad case for his position.

It would be a Xmas gift short of a miracle if the lowly Colts make it. But I highly doubt it. They need to drain the incompetent coaches and GM that are making this organization non competitive the last few years.....

Luck can't win a Super Bowl in Indy. Face it Colt Fans, he's being beaten like a drum every week. He can't take all that beating, it's going to take a toll. We owe it all to Grigs and company. This guy needs to go back to Philly.

Grigs and Pags need to go. Start fresh with a new set of eyes. We can see the team is in disarray with their defense being old and can't rush the passer and all. The offense is just not performing, that's why Luck was on the sideline today....No SuperBowl for the next ten years if you keep Pags and Grigs, bank on that....

Yes, Gore needs to amassed 1000 yards this season for his legacy before 2017 because he won't be back....Time to retool at the running back position among other things..

Team needs a facelift. How many times do we need to address this. This team just need to get some new leadership in there to be competitive....An embarrassing loss especially on your own home turf....

Coaches again didn't have their players ready. Blame it on the coach, Steelers or any other team the Colts play against their coaches outsmart the team. They're are just a a pathetic bunch of under performing players. Sad, fire them all, start from ground zero. Need badly needed leadership to lead this team...

The only way you can turn this defense around in 2017 is with a new HC and GM to get a new chemistry going again. Especially picking in the top 5, you'll be able to get a blue chip LB or RB or two....

For the Colts to win the AFC Division in 2017, they need to fire Pags and Grigs now and hire a new HC and a new GM quickly.. This team will be 6-10 easily and that's a generous prediction.

You're 110% correct "CSMOPAR"! The coaches make the players reach their maximum potential by motivating them, holding them accountable, and praise them, etc....Case and point, Bellicheck, Kubiak, just to name a few get their teams ready and make adjustments...and are successful. We don't have that in Indy. Pagano/Grigs need to go!!!!

If Collins walk and become a free agent at end of season, why would the Browns even pick him up at mid season without thinking of keeping him? Yeah you're right ColtFan, we should have picked him up given the situation we're in at the moment. Given Grigs track record, he doesn't make any moves that make sense anyway....That's why the Colts are where they are at the bottom!

This is a copy cat league, why not dip into Cowboys coaching staff, Rod Marinelli as HC. Or this guy Patricia in the Patriots .
