Gramz, "Crazy Heart" is a fantastic film isn't it? Jeff Bridges as an actor is so authentic & genuine. He sounds & looks like a real country singer. I love all his stuff going all the way back to the "Fabulous Baker Boys" even. A top notch actor & great guy personally too.
I felt insulted that I could be made to look like a Ridell helmet. Someone then said Unitas? I said No...no way....Then....Earl Morrall? No I said...he looked 65 in 68! Then some smart guy comes up and says...Helmut Kohl" Very irritated I said "He**-mut to the NO" Colts helmet it is.
My favorite Jeff Bridges movie is without a doubt "Starman" which was underappreciated when it came out. Serious acting in another quirky kind of part he relishes in taking.
