I'd be down with Mack, Hyde, and Chubb trio. Somebody is going to laugh at me but a part of me is interested to see what Mcdaniels does with Josh Ferguson. He does have some Shane Vereen type ability in the passing game, screen game. Wonder if Mcdaniels cuts him or keeps him around and brings out the talent we were looking for? Ehhh probably be better to cut him and bring Deion Lewis back. Have a committee of Mack, Hyde, Chubb, Deion Lewis.

it wouldn't be a committee with those backs. and we wouldn't draft chubb if we sign Hyde & Lewis

I'm not sure what I like best about the McDaniels hire better?

Stabilizing our horrid coaching staff over the last 8 or 9 years

or hurting the Pats knowing they haven't won a SB without him

    on their sidelines.

    Ponder....ponder....Both! I like both!

I'm sure they'e gonna be shedding tears with their 6..err 5 rings. lol. They won the war.

Is that actually true any more though?

Who were the last super bowl winners to be have built an elite o-line? Can't remember the last time New England drafted a lineman in an early round for example.

You're talking about one of the goat QB and imo the Goat HC. Makes it just a litttttle different for them lol

Well you will still have to pay him if you trade for him and he isn't going to be cheap either way.

Hey, I'm not an expert by any means.  I could be wrong.  This is just IMHO.  Why do you care what I think anyway?  I'm not the one making the decisions.

Never understood why folks care so much about the cost if what you're paying for is a really good player. An elite Dlineman at that. I bet he would behave more in Indy than in NY.. With him next to Hankins & Anderson we would have one of the best D-lines in football.

yeah, he's some DB whisperer........ :realitycheck:

    Butler

    Vontae

    Adams

& TJ was a rookie and his what 2nd season playing DB? Landon Collins was pitiful his rookie year too. Besides I'm just mentioning what Pags rep is supposed to be. I'll be keeping an eye on Brian Allen.

Not everyone.  I think I have a pretty good understanding of football and I have no problem with keeping Pagano.  You can't make a gourmet meal if you don't have the ingredients.

Can't call for historically awful fake punt calls and allow players to snap it either. Can't keep getting clearly outcoached by the top teams in our conference. I mean come on, were not just losing, were getting smacked with 40 point losses against almost any top team. Pagano goes as far as Andrew takes him

    Wait!?     WHAT?!?

    Our TE situation.

    1.   Dwayne Allen -- draft pick

    2.   Jack Doyle -- free agent find.   Check PLUS for Grigson

    3.   Eric Swoope -- free agent find.    Check PLUS for Grigson.

Having Doyle and Swoope allowed us to let Fleener walk out the door and sign Allen to a smaller deal that we can get out of easily after next season.

Of course we're going to have to pay-up for Doyle.   We'd have to even if we let Allen go as well.

This complaining is all about hindsight.      Especially on Doyle.    Who here was calling him a number one tight end after last year.      And please don't say you were.      Because if you do,  I'm going to say even broken clocks are right twice a day.      Come on now.    Be reasonable.

Should've noticed that Doyle has game and that Swoope is a solid#2. $$ that went to Allen could have went to defense. Then add in when all us fans knew he should've drafted Xavier Rhodes & Landon Collins if you remember that right? They were obvious picks. Our defense should be top notch. All the players have been there for our picking, but Grigson has failed us. He's only had a couple good finds, that's it.

  9. Are you serious?

Have you seen Mathis' play so far this year? He would not be much of an upgrade over what we're currently dealing with, and his insistence that he is worth big money is what led to his ousting from Philly.

And as far as Iupati is concerned, we couldn't afford him. You do realize that we have to pay Luck, Hilton, Costanzo, Fleener, Allen, and several others moving forward right? Paying top guard money isn't really an option. It was in Arizona because other than Fitzgerald, they aren't spending a significant amount of cap on their offensive skill players.

We couldn't afford him? So how did we afford Andre Johnson, an old washed WR.

  10. Again, revisionist history. Issues followed him everywhere he went.

And a glowing review from Rex Ryan isn't exactly a clean reputation. He's known not to be a high character guy to begin with.

Ok, what about Iupati and Evan Mathis ??

  11. RELAX people...Doesn't anybody take in consideration that the Colts WR's played against the 2 top corner teams in the NFL.

If the same trend continues against Tenn and Jax then we can worry..

Love how everyone always fanboys Aaron Rodgers "RELAX" saying now lol. Too funny.

  12. I think it's funny that some fans hear are spoiled into thinking the Colts are some perfect organization that doesn't go through drama like every other team does.

"Media speculating about a GM and coach rift? Must just be a cheap attempt to make headlines. There isn't any truth in it"

Some of you guys need to wake up and smell the coffee. You don't have to believe everything you read but you guys act as if this is some flawless organization that shouldn't ever be associated with the same talk that surrounds other teams.

What's funny is your wrong use of the word "here" lol. Just giving u a hard time.
