Who else has two webpages up, with this fourm on one and twitter on the other? nd keeps refreshing them both lol
-
I have no idea who it could be, but I do know I love how proavtive the team has become ever since getting Grigs! Constantly trying to make moves to improve the team.
-
#Colts are trying to trade for a WR, according to my source I just exchanged emails with. Doesn't know who exactly, but its a WR for sure.
-
Arthur Brown is a very underrated player, and I wouldn't mind one bit if he was our selection. Also, I unlike many others on here believe he would be a good value pick a 24.
-
would you want to use him at ILB or woul you use him at OLB?
just currious
ILB, I think him and Freeman can do wonders together..I watched the game in 2011 when Kansas State player RG3 and Baylor and his range is crazy good.
-
Other. I want Aurther Brown, Kansas State.
-
1. Aurther Brown 2. Larry Warford 3. Deandre Hopkins and fourth would be Jesse Williams for me.
-
I personally like Aurther Brown A LOT! I think he will be a B.E.A.S.T!!! jmo
-
I believe he will become an impact player for us.
-
Excited to see what he has..seems like a player hungry to prove himself.
-
I would sacrifice my left nut to get Schwartz as our RG. I honestly can't understand why we'd be content with McGlynn/Reitz when we could get one of the best mauling guards in the league at a cheap contract.
-
I have a feeling Grigs might address inside linebacker in the draft so maybe....Aurther Brown?
(assuming we sign RJF)
-
That's one physical secondary!
-
-
If we can sign both of them tonight that would be AMAZING!
-
And we just signed "talent" too. Maybe not "known" talent, but upgraded what we had
Anything is a upgrade over what we had. We definatley didn't sign nearly as much or the same "quality" of talent those teams did either way you look at it.
-
It's not about big names is what you're not understanding. It's more to football than being popular in the league.
I'm not talking names...what are you talking about?? I'm talking about Talent! all of those teams added more Talent than us and you know it. Not to mention they were already better than us coming into FA..but you told me to name you some teams and thats what I did!
-
Yes, cause paying $60 million to a "one trick" pony is the best way to ensure your team is a contender. Just look at the top teams, how many of them can you honestly say make "splashes" in FA? Don't worry....... I'll wait
you dont have to wait long....lets see Seahawks, Broncos & 49ers..probably the three best teams even heading into FA. And the other top teams don't have close to the amount of cap space that we do...so how can you compare?
-
I think "timid" is a poor choice of words. I think more of "smart" when I think about it
I think "timid" seems accurate for what we know as of right now. Laron Landry walks into their build and they obviously want him, not to mention have more than enough cap space to make that happen and they fail to do so...seems like they are being too tight with the money. You have to pay for what you want, other teams are doing it (and getting valuable players) and thats why we are suck in the same place since yesterday. As of today we have signed 3 starters, one borderline starter and a back up with 43 million in cap space.
-
I've heard this complaint several times. I don't understand everyone's fascination with Cliff Avril. He wants $10 million per year first of all. And he's only played in a 4-3. For those who haven't noticed we don't run a 4-3 anymore. I have zero interest in Avril, much like Grigson and co.......and apparently a lot of other teams. That's the problem for Avril, he's worth 5.5-8 mill, but wants 10. That's why no one is biting.
Oh you were on the phone while they were negotiating prices??
-
I'm not the one freaking out wanting to know the plan...
Who's freaking out? All I'm saying is we are being too tight with our money..and I don't like our strategy.
-
Grab young players who fit our schemes. I'm absolutely fine with the signings so far. Can't wait till the draft comes
For us having so much cap space it seems like Grigs is timid to spend it.
-
ask irsay on twitter
You can ask him on his twitter..
-
Then that tells you that Grigson didn't want him. If we don't snatch a player while they're there...... I believe Grigson & Pagano have a better plan
And whats that??
