I'd be happy with that trade, maybe a swap of 3rd or 4th round picks to make the value a little closer could be done rather than just straight giving us it.

You could always start another one with a shorter time limit? There's a lot of guys in this draft who can't do 4 hours or so because of work, school or children, myself included. Be unfair to change the rules at the end of the first round when 32 people have agreed to 12 hours.
Id enjoy reading another mock draft with users willing to do a shorter time limit though.

With the 17th pick the Atlanta Falcons select local Georgia linebacker Leonard Floyd. Possible ILB in Dan Quinn's defence and good pass rusher too.
@crestmount is on the clock.

I love Sean Davis S he is a ball hawk.... ....
I like him from this tape. Reminds me of Vontae a bit. Can cover and wraps up his tackles well.

Jaylon Smith, Buckner, and Miles Jack on defence and Elliot, Ryan Kelly and Hunter Henry on offence.

This is the year Griff Whelan finally gets it..

The Colts video in that article is great!

Our line has sucked and this guy has been in charge of developing our players.
It makes me unhappy that he is still a part of this process. Get it?
Loyalty gone BAD!The guy in charge of developing our Oline was the Miami Dolphins head coach for the last 3 seasons. Get it?

I agree Reitz did a solid job, but he's no youngster and he's our depth. I wasn't aware that the Colts were "high" on Good. Is it that YOU are high on him, or is there a source suggesting he's now our RT starter going forward?
Jim Irsay himself said so. PFF has Joe Rietz as one of the best tackles on the whole league. He's no problem, get a starting centre and a guard to push Thornton and others for RG.

I got my tickets in the club Wembley section. Can't wait, Liverpool just got to the cup final too so Wembley twice this year, hopefully more too. The Colts game will be my 6th trip to Wembley but my first NFL game there.

Pat is a world class punter and he's got safe hands as a holder, plus he handles kick offs. He already does a fair share of things on game day and practice. Don't fix what isn't broke.

D. Jackson doesn't get much respect around here. Obviously he's not an all pro but he's played solid football here. I'd like to draft an ILB and let him learn behind Jackson.
I haven't looked at many ILB in the draft outside of the top 2 or 3 so didn't feel comfortable taking any I didn't know.
It it wasn't really about Jackson being poor but Marshall being at least as good but 5/6 years younger too.

1- Leonard Floyd, Georgia, OLB.
2- Kendall Fuller, Virginia Tech, CB
3- Yannick Ngakoue, Maryland, OLB
4- Ryan Kelly, Alabama, C
5- C.J Prosise, Notre Dame, RB
7- Cyrus Jones, Alabama, CB
Keep- Fleener, Freeman, Doyle, Lindley, Lowery.
Cut- Andre Johnson, Trent Cole and D Jackson
Free agency-
Osemele, Ravens, G.
Marshall, Broncos, ILB
Sean Smith, Chiefs, CB
Erik Weddle, Chiefs, S
Hopefully addressed the pass rush with Floyd and Ngakoue in the first and third round. Davis, Fuller, Sean Smith, Butler, Jones and D Smith as the corner backs. Weddle, Adams, Geathers and Lowery should be a decent safety quartet. Osmele and Kelly should help the offensive line out and protect Luck and open holes for Gore and Prosise.

An aggressive press man 3-4 defence is needed with our personnel. I'm not a big fan of the interchangable safeties Pagano likes to use, i'd rather use safeties more like Seattle with a rangy ball hawk and a athletic box safety. I find we try to find safeties who are good at everything but not particularly great at anything.
Offensively I'm not sold on Chud, players have already pointed out he's not aggressive and its frustrating some (mainly Hilton) to play conservatively. Would love to see a more Peyton Manning style offence ran with Luck, who has the ability to add his athleticism in to the mix too. Could be beautiful to watch Luck, Hilton, Moncrief, Dorsett etc be the new Manning, Harrison, Wayne and Clark.

I don't think we'll be short of interested candidates with Luck at QB. Every man and his dog will want the job.

There is a reason most of these players mentioned are going to be free agents.
Because their rookie deals are up or their teams can't afford to keep them due to wage cap limits?

this is article has the Colts picking up Mo Wilkerson and Sean Smith in FA. Would be two good pick ups, Wilkerson adding pass rush to the defensive line and helping stop the run and Smith playing opposite to Vontae Davis would be one of the best CB combos in the NFL.
Who would you want in FA?
-
I'd be all for bringing him in to phase Adams out eventually to partner Geathers as the starting safeties. Could even play all 3 in some packages with Geathers playing closer to the line of scrimmage.
-
Irving can do what Jackson does and is younger. Freeman and Sio are a bit more athletic than Jackson so I'd be willing to let him go but all 4 are functionable so I'd keep all 4 unless an upgrade is available. Brandon Marshall would be nice, he's played with Irving before too.
-
Kendricks or trade back and get Stephone Anthony.
-
Cheap safety who can be 3rd choice and start for a few games if a draft pick isn't ready to start week one. Can cover tight ends and running backs. I'll take that.
-
Colts only have Castanzo, Mathis and McAfee from 2011 and before who were drafted. Only two from 2009-2011.

With the 50th pick of the NFL draft the Atlanta Falcons select Su'a Cravens LB/S.
He will play a hybrid safety role, also allows Leonard Floyd to play pass rusher and Cravens to step in to ILB on 3rd downs. Creates plenty of flexibility.
