Heck, we might have to resort to playing someone like Tryon at receiver if we can't keep some depth and lose someone else in a game.

I drafted Manning for fantasy, but benched him when I heard he was going to be out. I dropped Brandon Meriwether for Kerry Collins

Not in the least. He signed the best QB in the NFL. Ok, Manning will be out awhile, but he still has some good years in him.

Given the circumstances, I think it's Collins. He hasn't thrown for 9 months and come in and learns one of the most complex offenses in football in 3 weeks. Now, this doesn't mean I don't think Cassel did a phenomenal job, because he did. He may not have played since HS, but he practiced with USC and the Pats before he played.

If he has been cleared by a doctor to make the trip, he should be obligated to be there. I mean he is making so much money to be on a football team. If he can't play, he still needs to be part of the team, and that part would be with the headset and clipboard.

Collins is a great player given the circumstances and deserves to have his team's fans rally behind him. I'm behind him 112%.

I think I feel more confident with Collins than with anybody else. If Manning, by some twist of terrible fate, goes to IR, I'd like to see us pick up Garrard on a single year deal, for one, to back up Collins, two, to scout the Jaguars, and three to possibly be the permanent backup to Manning, if he comes cheap enough.

I would love to have him back. Great guy, great player, just an unfortunate injury prone guy. Maybe bring him in as a secondary coach or assistant?

I agree. I'd like to have Luck if he is as good as everyone says, but I'd rather have a good season.

Probably practice squad. If he makes some improvements to his game, and he grows up mentally, he can make this team later this year, likely at the expense of Caldwell. However, I'd like to see them both by the end of the year.

I think we can win, because we outplayed the defending champs with Curtis Painter. Collins > Painter. Get my logic?

Collins is good, but Garrard would have been better, because he is mobile. He can escape the pocket if the sucky o-line lets some bulldozers through every play.

I am not worried, we always have injuries. I am more concerned about Manning's career.

It does according to Mike Greenberg. He told Golic that he didn't draft Tom Brady because he's a Jets fan. Golic proceeded to call Greeney stupid. lol at Mike and Mike
