That's a great story.
I'm surprised at the comments of the players at how loud the stadium was. Of course for something like that it should be but it should be at games also. Hopefully they will have a better season this year and get to hear their stadium rock again.

My favorite part:
Realize that you can only control what you can control: The media will always be the first ones to put you on a pedestal when you do something right and the first ones to tear you down after a mistake. Take the good with the bad, never get too high or too low. You can't control what other people say about you, but you can control how you react to it.
So true and applies to us all (minus the media part of course). Good article and he sounds like a very down to earth, got it together young man.

So when are the Colts going to change their logo? That horse shoe is so antiquated. How about an actual Colt?
Blasphemy! That's not antiquated it's called classic. I hope they never change it.
I like the font better on the Pats logo, but with their team colors it could be made a little more eye-catching.

That has to be one of the slowest loading web sites out there.
That being said I don't know why people even try to get away with stuff like this. The NFL has locked in their copyright laws very well.

I noticed that on tv . . . also a lot of empty seats. The Chiefs fans that did show up sounded very loud though.
I loved the girl standing down front with the "I wish Reggie was in my lap" sign that Reggie gave the ball to. That was funny and another class act by our guy.

So sorry Brent. I too lost my mother and best friend in October and she also loved the Colts. The fun we had together watching the games and talking about our favorite players bring back special memories. The phone call when I could not be there during a game of "did you see that?!"
The Colts hold to the premise that they are a family. They became a part of mine in the memories they bring.
