Roethlisberger came back at the end.
Lamar Jackson got hurt at the end in KC.
I fear Joe Flacco more than Lamar Jackson. If we win out then that takes Tennessee out of the conversation. Baltimore won't beat the chargers. Steelers lose the next 2. Titans schedule is soft except for us. Dolphins have a cake schedule except for @Minnesota. next week against Dallas will be tough.

If im Miami I'm bringing a blitz every down until I finally sack him. Then see how the colts react afterward.

Defense is bad but they make plays when it counts. Also agree we need to go 3-0 on this home stand. 1-0 is a good start

Having lost to the Bengals, we're essentially 2 games back in the wild card. The Bengals also beat Miami and the Ravens, so a three way tie might not help us. We need the Bengals to keep losing. We can take care of Miami and Tennessee ourselves.
Bengals 5-4
Titans 5-4
Dolphins 5-5
Colts 4-5
Ravens 4-5
5 teams fighting for 1 spot

We win the next 2 and suddenly we have the tie breaker with 2 teams fighting for the same spot and the Bengals play @ ravens and browns at home. The same team who just beat Atlanta. Plus this division games are always a bloodbath.

First time I've made a thread but I just wanted a thread to track the Colts playoff chances. I am on my phone so this won't be as detailed as I like but they are now two games out of first in the AFC South and 1 game behind in the wildcard.
Those teams are... The Titans and Dolphins. (And Bengals)
Chargers have 1 spot but the other is up for grabs.

The drops don't bother me nearly as bad as this catch and release bullcrap we do every game.
I was really trying hard for a fishing joke here, but couldn't think of one that wasn't lame lol

2019 is somewhat of a bad year for QB's. I'm all in favor of getting more draft capital if we got a huge offer, but we can't replace Luck in next year's draft. Not only that, it's a huge draft for D-Line and O-Line, which we should be loading up on.
Wait a minute... don't you have some crow to cook so you can eat it while watching the Denver game tonight?

As far as Moore's potential, I think only the Sky is the limit.
Skai is the limit

Things not to worry about if things aren't perfect yet:
If Luck is rusty
Our safeties(they are second string to start the season)
Offensive line (starters haven't even played as a group yet)

Whom are you on PD? Calling me king of hot takes, is giving me way too much credit lol. I just enjoy taking things to the extreme.
PaulGeorgeHill (yeah I need to change it to something more recent) I've also seen you post in another forum, maybe realgm or reddit. I normally enjoy the hot takes personally. Sometimes you say things others are afraid to say.

Nothing to see here, please move on.
Pacergeek is the king of hot takes, we both post in the pacerdigest forum.
He's the king over there too

Pretty excited about this, everybody talks about the lack of playmakers we have but I think we'll be surprised. On offense Luck TY Ebron Nelson and Mack will be playmakers and on defense I believe Leonard Hooker Geathers and Wilson will be playmakers. We are a shutdown corner from potentially being one of the best secondaries in the league. Just need experience under their belt.

I really hope Ballard is a genius among a bunch of *s but you have to think you could have traded back to get both these guys

If CB can get 2 first rounders (one top 12) and 4 2nd rounders for the #3 overall pick? Oh man...

That's a hologram...

Where is the "i would respectfully decline" option?

Snapshot of the conversation, or it didn't happen....

Fantastic so whatever third pick bottom of the barrel loser coach we get is saddled with coordinators he has no say in. Freaking fantastic! Just what I would expect from the dumpster fire that is the Indianapolis Colts.
That's a positive way to look at it!
