I'm really not sure why TJ Tampa is still available. I expected him to go in round 2. He's who I want, but I won't get my hopes up.
Agree completely

Two corners that seem to fit CB’s liking are:
TJ Tampa & Khyree Jackson. Both have some baggage but are long & tall. Jackson is much older (24) than most rookies. I prefer Tampa over Jackson but, wouldn’t be surprised with either.

You realize the draft class is loaded. We will get one at 15 or with our second or third round pick. We are fine.
You forgot Pierce lol.
No. He mentioned him…”Scrubs.” 🤣

A backup QB to replace Minshew that makes great sense is Ryan Tannehill. Seasoned Vet to mentor AR, could step in a win a few games if needed, knows this division and a big chip on his shoulder for the Titans.

Sorry if this has been shared and I missed it but, the NFL Network had a scroll across the screen just now saying the Colts were finalizing a deal with P Rigeberto Sanchez.

My favorite CB I think is Terrion Arnold, but I kind of doubt he will be there when we pick...
I agree. Mine as well but I see him going top 10

Ballard said as much in the season ending presser.

I think people have just taken off with the Bowers to Indy rumors. I think he goes in the top ten. And my early estimation is that Odunze is the better prospect, but there are way more good WRs than good TEs generally speaking, and especially in this year's draft. So I could see Bowers going before Odunze.
I agree with this. I’d be shocked if Bowers is there at 15. Just don’t see it happening.

I agree that he doesn't belong in the HOF but the Colts Ring of Honor would be fine.
One could try making an argument for the Ring of Honor, I’ll always be on the opposite side of that discussion.

Great QB that cut his career short by choice. His choice. He didn’t earn a HOF nomination because a lack of games and time played. He’s also not a Ring of Honor candidate, IMHO.

By the way, I just want to call attention to something I'm not doing.
I stated an opinion in my opening post. And there have been a few people who have disagreed with me in this point or that point.
What I'm not doing is spending the next 20 pages defending my opinion to the death, until my detractors either admit they were egregiously wrong, or give up trying.
It's ok for people to disagree with you. Accepting it is a key to a low stress life.
But I am enjoying all of the sincere counter-arguments. (It's possible that I can be wrong, too!)
Agree. The problem with a few in this forum though is they do not understand the concept of: A. An opinion of another; B. How to disagree with that opinion but, accept that someone may also disagree with them; C. Have a conversation about differing views without attacking someone seeing it differently.
Some people just believe their position is fact, not their own “opinion.”
Good comment @John Hammonds

Mel is stupidly high in Levi’s, Yet every team passed on him at least once.
This is the key point. Kiper refuses to admit that 31 NFL GM’s disagree with his assessment of AR5. When evaluating the Colts draft, he has to mention who they DIDN’T draft (Levis) to stroke his own ego. Kiper knows just enough about the draft to sound knowledgeable but, is truly ignorant of talent evaluation. Just my opinion.

Great pick!!! Slot guy right there. Welcome Josh Downs!!

Living in Florida, I've had a chance to watch AR play as well as speak following games and each time, I like him more. This presser today has made me a fan and supporter. Humble young man with incredible talent. His comments about watching Tom Brady and admiring the fact that Brady wanted to get better each day shows what a competitor and perfectionist he is. Cannot wait to see what he does in Steichen's offense.

Thanks. Would Seumalo work for Indy? I'm surprised that he has not been signed. Connor McGovern is the top center according to NFL com. Do you like him?
Or would you like these position addressed through the draft?
I’d take Seumalo every day and twice on Sunday. Pair him with Nelson and get Nelson back to the play of his first 3 years and you’ve got two solid interior linemen.

The playcalling, the head coach in our quarterback are abysmal. I know it’s a win but once again we are the lowest scoring team in the NFL. I love a win but it’s a long season and I don’t think this team has what it takes from the top down. Changes need to come
And they can’t come fast enough. Starts with Ballard. He organized this disaster.

I wouldn’t mind seeing UNC MLB Cedric Gray or Clemson’s MLB Jeremiah Trotter in the 4th. If one slipped to the 5th, GRAB THEM!
