I agree what he said about Hoyer. That's not breaking news or even news lol
-
I would like to see better special teams coverage.
-
Is what it is. Nothing we can do now.
Go Colts!!
-
I think it's a successful preseason if there isn't any injuries.
-
I'll list what I want to see:
How our o line looks against a very good rams d-line
How Luck will look against them
Wanna see if Frank Gore and andre johnson can play as well as last week
If Mewhort can have a bounce back game
If Josh Robinson dorsett and most of the rookies will continue to impress
How the first team run defense will look (it was great last game against forte)
If the tackling improves
All those...especially the O line, run defense and the tackling.
-
I think they should just leave it alone. Extending the regular season is just going to lead to more injuries and more player fatigue. I love football as much as anyone and would love to have the season longer, but I just don't see it being logical or feasible.
-
I think Mettenberger is going to be starting for somebody in a year or two. No longer than 2 years
I agree. I don't see him being backup for long.
-
That new pylon camera is pretty cool.
-
I so wish Mike Glennon was our backup QB. Now he backs up Jameis Winston.
I think Glennon would be a very adequate backup
-
You mean post season form.
Dalton can't win under the lights. Maybe that's the problem tonight
-
Andy Dalton with back to back INTs (one a pick 6 at the fault of AJ Green) and then a Jeremy Hill fumble.
Bengals look awful on both sides of the ball. lol
-
Boomstick IMO is the best punter in the league. Not only his punting but his ability to made a key tackle when needed.
^^ THIS
How did McAfee not make the list?
-
Winston looks good and the Bengals D looks pretty bad.
-
I know this is good for Reggie, but I really wish it would have been one of the other 30 teams.
Sucks.
-
Hoyer will be OK as long as the Texans have a consistently good running game and the O line protects him.
I still think Mallet has more of an upside. Hoyer has a weak arm, IMO.
-
It was office leagues. They set for some dumb reason, saturday the 15th as draft day for both.......
Ahhh. Good luck with the rest of the players you drafted. Hopefully no more injuries.
-
This still makes me so sick
-
I just saw on Twitter that the Packers will reach out to Reggie pending the results of the MRI on Jordy Nelson.
-
Andre Johnson openly expressed how unhappy he was in Houston. He wanted to leave to go to a contender.
Not really the same thing...
-
But.... I can't wait, I'm impatient for football
Oh I know the feeling.
Two times a year for me: Football season and waiting for football season
-
Good for the Colts!
Couldn't agree more
Like I said in an earlier post, Hoyer will be named starter but Mallet will see significant starting time as well once Hoyer is benched for being inefficient.
-
Ian Rapoport is reporting the Texans have named Brian Hoyer starter.
-
I for one, want to run the ball a lot. I'm tired of endless yrs of "keeping them honest". I wanna punish the defense.
Me too. I love a deadly run game.
-
And Frank Gore looked good for what little he played yesterday. Makes me really excited for the season to start.

A lot of Pittsburgh's defense retired this offseason. They aren't going to be able to outscore everyone.
Defense wins championships.
