What's different about it? It was straight astroturf just like any other dome of that time.
Most of it was covered just like a dome. Not much different.
For darn sure wasn't the same as playing in an outdoor stadium.
I've never seen that slippery white stuff in a dome.

The playing conditions are virtually the same.
Come again?

Living in Indy, I've had little reason to stay at an area hotel. I do know, however, than the Courtyard and Springhill Suites adjacent to the J.W. Marriott are solid.

I agree, people stop with the spoilers. Keep it to yourself.
Or get on Twitter and follow.

Rape allegations. If true he could go to jail. Probably not safe 1st round pick.
So, of course, the Raiders draft him.

Chuck just said he should be ready by training camp. Said he is a special player.
I hope that's true. JMV has had chatter on his show indicating his health is a major concern, although I heard that awhile ago.

Wonder if Colts move Geathers to linebacker.
Needs to get healthy. Rumors are that's a huge concern.

I know nothing about him. Someone help a brother out here. Just tell me he can cover people. Not surprised though since Green is trash

Twitter says it's Hooker.

I love downtown Indy. Stayed at the Sheraton which was very close to the airport and downtown. Had breakfast at Jack's for a huge donut one morning, cafe patochou, first watch. Went to Yard House, Primanti Bros, St. Elmo's, Colts Grille, and Tastings (ran into Brian Fletcher there). We went out to Howl at the Moon one night which was very fun as well and also a winery outside of downtown.
Any other places I should go to if I go there for my bachelor party?
The Red Garter is perfect for bachelor parties, no??

Hopefully that means fewer personal fouls on defense.

At 3.45 Million, I'd bet Locke wins the competition.
$1.25 million guaranteed. No biggie.

My guess is that Devon Bell will compete with Locke for the punter roster spot.

adams and butler are both free agents
butler is coming off one of his best seasons so i would bring him back
im torn on adams, and to truly make that call would require watching tape from last season
It wouldn't surprise me if Ballard is the unidentified candidate who called the defense "old." I'm assuming that any player over 30 who can be cut and provide decent cap savings, or who is a UFA, may be gone.

Cameron Johnston, P, Ohio State
Height: 5-11. Weight: 195.
Projected Round (2017): 6-FA.
12/24/16: Johnston has been punting really well this season with an average of 46.2 yards per punt. He has a long punt of 70 yards.
8/20/16: Urban Meyer takes a lot of pride in special teams play, so it says something that Johnston took over as a freshman punter in 2013. The freshman averaged 44 yards per punt that year and followed it up with an average of 45.1 yards as a sophomore in 2014. Johnston had long punts of 73 and 71 yards, respectively, in those season. In 2015, he averaged 44 yards per punt.this seems like the best rookie to me
Ohio State fan here, but I'm not convinced about Johnston in the NFL. Not much hang time, and several out-of-bounds penalties on kickoffs.

I won't be surprised if Pat is in the Colts media department someday. I could see him doing color commentary alongside Bob Lamey (or Bob's replacement).

Feel very comfortable with Ballard and confident he will do very well. Talk about the In-Ryan. Jimmy having a little trouble walking, and I lost count after 50 umms.
Jimmy has bad hips. Has had at least one hip replacement operation.

Started in the 95-96 Divisional playoff game. That missed 40 yard field goal at the end of the game was intense.
Yep, they were the #1 seed that year. Losing the 28-point lead in the 2013 wild card game didn't help either.

I perused some Chiefs boards last night, and their fans are not happy about losing Ballard, especially to the Colts. Apparently, all of the playoff losses to the Colts have resulted in some real Indy hate over there.

So, either Ballard is cool with Pagano, or Irsay is down with firing Pagano for the right GM.

He must cause otherwise he would have been fired along with Grigson.
Caldwell wasn't fired along with Polian.

If Ballard isn't leaning that way that will be the exact reason why he wont get this job because irsay loves Pagano and doesn't want him to be fired.
Irsay loves Pagano so much he pursued Jon Gruden.
Colts vs. Patriots in Frankfurt, Germany - Tickets
in Colts Football

First, apologies to the moderators if this post somehow violates terms. Please feel free to move to an appropriate forum.
I purchased tickets to the game vs. the Patriots in Frankfurt, and because the person who planned to travel with me had to back out of the trip, I'm left with one extra ticket. In particular, I'm interested in providing my ticket to a Colts fan who is from Indiana and stationed in Germany with the U.S. military. I'm not quite sure how to identify such a person, but I thought I'd try this forum since it's frequented by many fans from across the world. If any of you fit this description or know of someone who does, please DM me. Or, if anyone knows of a better way to find such a person, please let me know. Thanks!
