  1. NE will have trouble against our tight ends..

...if we can pass protect...those shots will be open

..and short passes to Herron...can milk the clock

First of all remember who you are talking about.. You know that Bill Belichick will have something prepared for Fleener and Allen, and Jamie Collins and Dont'a Hightower are excellent in coverage, ESPECIALLY Jamie Collins and additionally, Browner can cover either or.. I just think that there are too many toys and weapons defensively that Bill can use to mix and match and make life hard for Andrew Luck, and I believe he will...

  2. Are you talking about the hand full of jersey on Fleener TY or Moncrief?

I don't we get a fair shake can't expect that its NE in Foxboro but we play through it. It amazes me that some give us no chance. I think we are better than NE and this team has found it's groove at the right time. We won't have to worry about the weather in AZ.

When the D is healthy across the board it is a very capable unit. Everyone can keep making excuses on why were are here can't wait to hear how NE overlooked us too. Ridiculous we are a good team we will show that on Sunday

New England is a much better team across the board ... if you think other wise you might want to put that crack pipe down.. and I mean seriously.. Secondly, if you think New England will overlook you guys then again, put the crack pipe down.

  3. I think right now we are playing better across the board.  I think we are running the ball better than the Pats, Pats cant stop the run right now, their o-line isn't really protecting Brady all that great.  Pats don't have a pass rush and Flacco threw all over their D.  I think RIGHT NOW the only thing they have on us is Belichick and that freak TE...although our TEs are playing great.  I think its Paganos time to shine and honestly I think he gets it done.  The only thing I am really worried about is the officiating...the Pats tend to get drive extending calls when we stop them on third down.  Not an excuse...but a fact.  We will have to beat them bad enought that the refs can't let them back I  the game, like they tried in Denver.  Denver game: Colts 10 penalties for around 70 yds...Broncos 2 for 8 yds and I saw plenty of Denver PI and holding not called...

A few things.... that freak TE is not the only thing that Bill Belichick has...he is just one of many different versatile, smart and talented weapons on that offense.. a group of 4 outstanding running backs ... very versatile group, and he also has 4 great wide receivers in Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola, Tim Wright who is really a receiver and Brandon LaFell (toughest receiver in the NFL outside of Anquan Boldin) who have been on fire.. and technically you can add Shane Vereen to that group.. and two receivers that are both 1,000 yard receivers this season (LaFell 951, Edelman 973 and that's after missing 3 games) and Amendola who has emerged and is playing great and looks great... and they can hurt you in a variety of different ways with their versatility.. and they play much much harder than the Bronco's receivers and present more challenges .. And by the way, all them can beat one on ones with the best of them, on a consistent bases and get down field behind defenders... This is the best and most explosive offense in the AFC... Second.. New England has great pass rushers in Jamie Collins (3, and 2 strip sacks and recovered both), Dont'a Hightower (6.5 sacks), Chandler Jones (12.5 sacks last season, 6 this season before getting hurt), Rob Ninkovich (8 sacks, gets at least 8 a year), Chris Jones (last season had 6 sacks and had more than any rookie DT in the league, has 4 this season), Akeem Ayers (4 sacks) so they can definitely get heat on the edge and on the inside with the best of them and I believe they definitely will in this game... and with an elite defensive backfield that allows the guys up front even more time to get to Luck...

  4. I just hope the great tackling the Colts D had against Denver shows up again this weekend.

also, the Colts secondary is FAR better than Baltimore's secondary so they shouldn't be burned like Bmore was last week.

New England's offense is FAR better than Denver's offense right now.. Multitude of smart, versatile, and multi-talented weapons across the board that have great chemistry with the Second best Quarterback of all time in Tom Brady.

  5. Allen was "limited" by an injury that forced him out of the first game, and while you're at it tell us how Fleener was "limited" against the Patriots?  He toasted the Patriots secondary for most of the night.  Wasn't Collins and Hightower on the field?

Even great defenders can have a rare hiccup game, but I promise you both Hightower and Collins will be on it this Sunday.. as its the AFC Title game.. both should have made the all pro team.. great linebackers, that can do it all... can't wait to see them along with Akeem Ayers dominate in the passing game and up front with pressure.

  6. TY Hilton will not get much of anything in this game.. and there are two excellent cover linebackers in Dont'a Hightower and Jamie Collins ... especially Jamie Collins, the best coverage linebacker in football who can cover ANY running back or tightend.. so Fleener and Allen will be neutralized.

  7. Are you asking or telling? I don't know. But I'd say Brady still has a better arm than Dalton or Peyton right now.

The good thing about Lafell is that he normally doesn't do well against press coverage.

Brady has a MUCH better arm than Peyton right now... and LaFell does well against any coverage.

  8. Did you watch Colts vs Patriots in the first game this year?  We had several pressures on Brady, which were key elements that resulted in his 2 interceptions.   I point it out because they spent the majority of their time running the football, the times when they did decided to pass they had to get it out quick because of the pressure.  It's overlooked because there were not sacks, but I'm wiling to bet if we get that running game stopped, and he has to pass more we wil get to him.

Ok, he has the 2nd quickest release only behind Peyton Manning in getting the ball out.. so how the heck does that guarantee? ESPECIALLY when there have been MUCH better D-Lines that have only gotten to him once or twice a game, if that the last 9 or 10 weeks.

  9. Of course Antonio Brown is better than him. That guy has an argument for the best WR in football. But no objective person is taking Brandon LaFell over Emmanuel Sanders. Only bias Pats homers.

Because soft receivers in big games never show up... but physical receivers do... David Givens, Michael Irvin, Ed McKaffrey, Rod Smith, Golden Tate, Hines Ward, Keyshawn Johnson, Anquan Boldin, etc..

  10. The Jets are anti-competition. They find new ways to lose that no one has ever lost before. You can ignore the rest of my post though, about how in the playoffs last year the Colts who's second WR was Griff Whalen, had no Allen, terrible OL, and started Richardson was only down by one score in the 4th quarter when Ninkovich didn't get called for tripping Luck that stalled a Colts drive, Colts punted, and finally the levee broke and Blount broke a long run. Albeit the Patriots were without Gronk as well which is huge, it did not become a blowout until that score forced Luck to throw home runs and go for it on 4th downs giving the Pats the ball with excellent field position. Stork is out, Jones is in. Good luck.

Brady has taken less sacks than Peyton and Rodger this season.. good luck getting to him

My other point.. became a blowout with Gronk

  12. Put Vontae on Lafells and double up Gronk. But really, just stop the run first.

I don't think there is an athlete in league history who could cover Gronk..  he is the wonder of the NFL.. and the most most unstoppable force in the NFL.. and EVER quite possibly, actually a REALLY good possibility, actually a certainty.. regardless of position outside of quarterback.

  13. "Brandon Lafell is better than Emmanuel Sanders"

-Guy who's handle is Football Knowledge

Over all yes he is... Emmanuel Sanders has had Big Ben and still Antonio Brown has always been the better receiver, while Brandon LaFell has had Cam Newton, and Steve Smith opposite of him... LaFell is more physical, bigger, fast and more complete... Emmanuel Sanders is overrated.. and a product of Peyton Manning

  14. I really hope to see Luck extending plays and drives with his legs this weekend in New England. I think we need to take full advantage of having a QB who is more than capable for scrambling, and breaking off for big gains. If Luck can take care of the ball, maintain protection, and extend plays with his legs, I think our chances at defeating the Patriots are that much better.

    Unleash Luck. Please!!

I'm glad we got that freak of nature, and athletic beast Jamie Collins and Chandler Jones to chase him down.. they have defensive back speed and athleticism which is rare but extremely beneficial especially chasing down mobile quarterbacks.

  15. I bet you thought the Jets had no chance in 2010 after losing 45-3 up there a few weeks earlier, I remember a competitive game in NE last year before it gets out of reach followed by throwing for home runs and going for it on 4th down...

The Jets have always been competitive even before that

  16. I just have a great feeling about this game.

Here's what we have to best

-we need to score early, and consistently

-pressure on Brady, cause him to make a mistake, or two

-establish a running game early(or attempt to) haha

-get off the field on 3rd down on D

    -stop trick plays/prepare for ineligibles

-luck needs to have no more than one turnover

Different secondary, different scheme.  I agree Brady is capable though.

He difinitely is... Most postseason TD passes thrown by a QB, most postseason starts, most postseason wins.. and if he beats the Colts will be the most superbowl starts by a QB in NFL history... and also now has at least 4  14-24 point decifit comebacks by a QB which is a new record.
