They may take Martin because of his talent, but they let there center go because they groomed a Guy/Guard who was ready to take over, and be better than EDS. I think Grigson will be looking to trade up with Phila. to get Martin if still available.
There is only ONE true safety expected to be drafted in rd 2. Brooks.
You give 2 really good options, but Mathews will be gone by 59 so.... Landry > than Griff or Brazill that is for sure.
What would we trade to go up in the draft?

i'm trying to be more objective since yesterday so if we did the couple of WR's I would be ok withn taking would be Donte Moncrief out of Ole Miss or Cody Latimer out of Indiana other than that I wouldn't be thrilled about the pick
I dont believe he'll be on the board either. I think maybe someone like the Chargers will pick him up to compliment Keenan Allen

I personally am not in favor of drafting a WR, specially in the second round but i have a feeling Marcus Martin is going to be drafted by the Packers a few picks before us since they lost their starting C and need help at the position. They already filled their need at S with Clinton Dix.. and i believe safeties are going to fly off the board this round. Lets say thats Grigsons starts thinking of drafting a WR .. Who would you want Jarvis Landry, WR, LSU or Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt ?

Never liked the idea of moving a LB to Safety. I do like the idea of Safety's being converted to LB's though

Okay well first, i am from Las Cruces, NM home to the NM State Aggies. I have gone to every home game for the past 2.5 seasons and have been impressed by what WR Austin Franklin has done every single week. He is an amazing player that is very underrated. NMSU had its pro day a couple days ago "under the close scrutiny of scouts and at least one receivers coach (Indianapolis Colts)." I think they already in trouble signing Davis. I think he is going to be offered some heavy $ from a contender.
If he does walk i hope we sign Sam Shields. My little brother is a Packer fan so i ended watching a lot of his games. The dude has amazing speed and shut down just about everyone.
