  1. No, Brandon Jenkins from Florida State. He was thought to be a 1st or second round pick until he had a lis fracture dislocation in his right foot. He sat out a whole year, but reports were that he lost his quickness. When healthy he was a MONSTER sack machine, he and Werner really caused problems.

Interesting we'll see soon what he's got I would assume . Surprised how quick we cut Richardson must not have had what we were looking for hard to believe he already got in trouble with the coaching staff .

  2. It's not just you. You see, most people just go along with what everyone else is doing, that's how most minds work. Some, however, don't bend to every convention that is popular. Most people don't like the lone wolf, they wonder why such a person won't just join-up and be a herd animal.

It's peer pressure and childish behavior in what is supposed to be a professional, adult environment.

Disagree? Then tell me, anyone, in what other adult workplace does this sort of behavior follow? Imagine your first day at a big corporation, your dream job you've worked for years to land, and all the vets want to shave your damn head? So it's not OK at X Corp, but it is OK at Colts inc?

Truth is, many of these players don't want to do this but they pretend to go along with it 100% because they don't want the stigma of not being a team player, they don't want to be ostracized. There are other, more positive ways to build team cohesiveness then through juvenile pranks that wouldn't fly outside of this one particular supposed "adult" environment.

The office job is nothing like a sports job two different worlds I grew up playing every sport they all have different rookie initiations it's part of sports .

  3. So how much are we expecting the 1st team to play on Thursday? I am really interested in watching Trent Richardson play.

Just a guess but about a quarter maybe more maybe less I could see the starting interior line get plenty of snaps though . Heard a Wayne will maybe held out and that a few vets on D will see just a few snaps .

  4. I'm optimistic about a 34/44 combo in the running game.

Bruise Batter Repeat would love to see our running game break the will of our opponents . The passing game is fun to watch but I love when can just run the ball wear out there defense and have them begging for it to be over .

  5. Dungy's Colts? You mean the ones who were soft in the playoffs? Who knows, maybe a little nastiness and attitude would help the Colts. It seems to work for a few other teams in the league.

I to wouldn't mind some attitude and swagger

  6. You are Welcome

I had to Google him to find the info

He also spent time at Hampton but never played a game

thanks for the info . he looks to have really good field vision and speed could turn into a dynamic KR/ PR man . seems to have good hands but hard to tell with such a small sample size .

  7. Posted Today, 12:52 AM

Y'all turned on Rogers fast. Remember the Whalen that looked not so good in real game action? We already know the kid plays well in practice.

I was high on Rogers till I saw him play last year dropping passes running the wrong routes rounding his cuts off just looked like he had a lot to work on figured it would be a few years until he was near his potential . If he reaches his potential he can be a star but same was said for DHB . I hope we keep all 6 if possible . Whalen looked way better than Rogers on the field last season he made a lot of plays not flashy but he moved the chains .

  8. 1. Reggie

    2. TY

    3. Nicks

    4. Moncrief

    5. Rogers

    6. Whalen

Hopefully it's Whalen who is cut if they keep 5 wide receivers.

Not going to  be Whalen he get's first team reps when the starters get a break or a little banged up . He's had a great camp as well it'll be Rogers if we cut anyone .

  9. Yeah Toler was hurt and many said it looked bad but he's back out there.

Whew I know he was a forum whipping boy but when healthy he is a very good corner back for our system . When healthy our defense was a lot better than without him .  It's my belief he is a very important to our D really hope he stays healthy this season .

  10. First time ever at training camp, and it wont be the last haha. Heres my break down of the day.

Da'Rick Rodgers showed only a few flashes of laziness today but 95% of the time he was running hard and blocking.

Ahmad Bradshaw looked very well and hit holes very well.

Trent Richardson, showed flashes of finding a good hole and agility but otherwise pretty much the same.

D'Qwell Jackson, looked very good today and had an interception.

Griff Whalen, very good practice dont think he had a drop.

Eric Thomas looked really really good today with some good catches.

Donte Moncreif, looked like an absolute freaking steal for us and had a bunch of very good plays.

Reggie Wayne, routes were crisp and still had good speed with good catches.

Greg Toller, looked very good MOST of the time had a huge play vs TY however got smoked by griff almost everytime.

Jack Doyle, he looked very good with alot of catches.

Overall today was a very balanced practice and listed people who stood out

Nice write up wish I had time to go to some of training camp dam work schedule maybe i'll get lucky a get a chance sunday
