Being the Oakland Raiders.
-
Anyone remember the offseason, all the safety talk. If you even mentioned Brown as the starter you got laughed at. Now everyone is begging for him to start.
-
Was there an update on injuries after the game?
-
I wander if Seattle really thought Denver would really trade Thomas for him?
-
AJ Green not playing will help a lot.
-
I thought I heard the commentators say last night that he is still recovering from an injury. If so, shouldn't we be reporting it. Also wandering, if someone is injured and its not reported what would the penalty be.
-
I personally think they will keep Reitz as a backup tackle just in case they need one. Assuming Harrison is still at center I think it either has to be Shipley or Holmes.
-
To answer that question don't you first need to know exactly who will be starting at center first.
-
Harrison made some big mistakes today, but overall the Oline play was pretty solid. Shipley didn't really do anything to lose the job, but he rode the bench today. Our starter at the beginning of preseason has yet to dress on gameday. Thursday will be interesting.

Satele was consistently regarded as one of, if not the worst starting center in the league last year and we stuck with him. Now we have a guy performing well and he's going to be benched? Makes no sense. They were stubborn with playing Shipley before he was traded too. At this point you have to start wondering if Shipley bullied Pagano growing up or something. I'm certainly at a loss.
You think Shipley bullied Pagano as a kid. I think Holmes bullied Pagano after he got injured. He went from being the starter to being a healthy scratch on gameday, and never even got a chance to deserve it.
-
I will go on record as saying that as long as he can stay healthy he will be the future Wes Welker for the Colts.
-
I wonder why Holmes has become the invisible man?
-
Hasn't anyone said who has been practicing in his spot?
-
Also I kinda wish they would've signed him to a long term contract instead of just extending his rookie contract.
-
Anyone who thinks Castonzo shouldn't be around after his contract runs out is a fool.
-
I'm imagining a scenario where its clear that we cant establish a consistent pass rush with what we have. How long do we wait before reaching that conclusion? What other options are there for this season, and what would the cost be. Do we ride this season out with what we have, for better or worse, and address the problem in the offseason. Again I am just imagining, hopefully I am wrong.

Just heard Clowney has to have surgery and will miss 4 to 6 weeks. Week 6 is when we play them.
-
I heard someone say, maybe during a halftime show, that they've taken a step in the wrong direction as far as the owners and players reaching an agreement on the new policy.
-
Anyone know what is up with him. I just noticed him listed on the injury report for rest. He didn't practice Wed. or Thurs. and was limited today. Seems a little odd, so I just wandered if there was any more info. Also want to add that he is probable for Sunday.
-
I would think Rogers and Whalen would be on there considering both Reggie and Hakeem may not be back next year.
-
I assume you are basing that on his medical records and advice of his doctors, right?
Im not basing that on anything. Im just wandering what other peoples opinions are. That is what these forums are for, right, sharing opinions.
-
I anticipate he's not going to be ready to go.
The Colts have signaled he's not going to be ready. First, they kept Austin, and then they dropped him for Shipley. None of that is necessary if they think Holmes is going to be good to go.
Honestly, I'm not expecting him until the J'Ville game week 3..... I hope he's back for Philly in week 2, but I'm not expecting it.
On the other hand you could look at it like this. I really don't see how Shipley could be ready to go after a short weeks practice. So if they didn't think Holmes was going to be ready then they should have kept Austin. Or maybe there is another plan. Oh the possibilities.
-
Im just wandering if a couple of practices is really enough of a test. If he reinjures it everyone on here will be screaming that he was rushed back.
-
Up to this point Pagano has said the plan is for him to practice this week and play Sunday. Im just wandering if this isn't a little rushed. Considering his injury history, is an extra weeks practice a good idea or should they let him play. I would also like to state that im assuming the plan hasn't changed even though they signed Shipley.

We are deep at WR so which would hurt more, losing Trent or Reggie long term?
