I wouldn't trade Luck for any other QB in the league.  Maybe ever.  Maybe.

It would be a shame if Grigson didn't get a  WR.  We are pulling away from the rest of the division, and this team has a puncher's chance to get HFA throughout the play-offs.   Grigson went all out to get T-RICH, when we still had a healthy Bradshaw.  I think our WR situation is now a little more dire than our RB situation was before T-RICH.

I whole-heartedly agree!  I wonder if the Colts staff are actually smart enough to utilize Luck in the most effective way.  This offense needs some imagination, and I'm not sure Pep is the right guy.  The possibilities for play-calling should be endless, yet the Colts brain trust keeps insisting on an offense based on a power run game, even though, apparently, we really don't have the horses for it yet.   Talk about trying to fit a square peg into a round hole....

Of course, Irsay prefers rings to stats!  Stats are useless to him!  I imagine Irsay as a showman that wants to flash two fists full of championship bling.

Oddly, I don't care for Irsay as a person- actually, I don't care for anyone that is a billionaire(you don't make that much money without being disgustingly greedy!)- but I do like Irsay as the owner of my favorite team.  He is competitive and, I think, cares about Colt fans showing up at games(even though it's in his selfish best interests to do so).

Most people on this forum are probably old enough to remember Old Man Irsay.  You have to admit Jimmy's much better than that old curmudgeon!

Its the word of the day along with embarrassing. Junk offensive play,shotty defense,poor special teams(except adam). They will get torched by peyton if they play this way again. The new formula for beating us-on offense is blitz from all different directions,play tight on the wr's while doing it or jam them at the line,play the pass only cuz we cant run it well enuff to be scary. When we on defense just run it smash mouth and quick hitters along with short quick passes to neutralize the pass rush and keep the clock running! Hopefully we dont play like some past teams years ago by playing down to the bad teams. Get rid of fleenor,dhb,few o-lineman,linebackers on inside except freeman,mcafee is having a very poor year to and its a contract year-didnt see that coming.

This formula would beat most teams!
