Wow. Broncos offense needs to step it up
-
Still leaving the door open.... Broncos look scared to blow it, imo
-
Is this real life? The chargers just can't stay still! Lol
-
Hope the defense doesn't collapse.
-
Ahh.... Gotta put 'em away, Denver!!
Also, Weddle... Holding much?
-
Ehh. Not a great decision by Peyton there. It was a great throw, and should have been caught, but it was also a forced throw. Throw it away and get the FG. No points there leaves the door open for the Chargers.
-
Sacks don't count against the Qbs passing yards, but they do count against TEAM passing yards
-
Great list Andy. Personally, I agree with every single thing you wrote here. I just think the CPOY will be Rivers.
Like I said though, I agree it SHOULD be Moreno.
-
Hopefully we play well enough so that it doesn't matter who the refs are.
Don't have much issue with Morelli
-
If we can make him mad, he'll probably lash out and get ejected or benched. Dude is a head case
-
Can't complain much about this. We've done our fair share of picks over the years and they didn't get called often.
-
Darn. SEC couldn't make it 8 in a row. Oh well. Crazy game. Honestly though, Winston wasn't that impressive tonight. That huge catch and run is what won the game for FSU.
-
I prefer to do it the way we are. Very few called runs. I just think putting your franchise player in harms way is dumb. Let the RB's run, and Luck can take off when he needs too...just avoid the hits like he did against the Chiefs.
-
That play got my second largest reaction in the game. Biggest was the fumble recovery, but that option play-call was brilliant. Very well executed too. I was just about to yell at the offense for getting Trent stuffed (again) when all of a sudden I see Luck taking off. It was great.
-
Yeah, proud of Brown for kind of answering the call this year while Trent has struggled. I still don't think DB is a feature back, but he's great in his current role.
Still supporting Trent and expect some MASSIVE improvement next season. I honestly hope they're both on the team next year. This kinda sucks for Bradshaw though... He's the odd man out, I think. (I can't see us dumping Ballard yet)
-
Just...I mean, okay. Props to Bethea for running Bowe down. Yes, that was good. However, it was the ONLY thing he did well all day. He was also single-handedly responsible for 2 TD's of the Chiefs.
He jumped on the short route and completely sold Toler out on the Avery long TD. He also bit on the Alex Smith scramble, allowing David to be wide open for a 2nd TD. Bethea, overall, played terribly.
I'm not being negative. That was a GREAT turnaround by the team, and I'm ecstatic that we won, but the W doesn't magically erase all the things we did terribly wrong on Saturday.
-
After what we just pulled off, I can't pick against us. Not saying the pats can't win, but seriously...until the game is over, we can come back and win at any time.
-
I think it's still the AFCCG against the Pats. So many things about that game:
We were losing to the Pats. Again.
Manning still had the "can't win a Super Bowl label"
Same thing for Dungy
The later the playoff game, the more stressful it is, IMO.
-
So everyone on here thinks I'm a house?
Wait, you're not?
-
Anxious and worried. We should beat the Chiefs, as I think we're better than them, but I've said that a lot over the years during the playoffs, and well........
Let's just say I wont have confidence before a playoff game for quite some time.
-
Wow. How quickly people forget. Freeney was one of the most dominant pass rushing Defensive Ends ever. EVER. Freeney in his prime was a better DE than Mathis ever was, I think.
However, Mathis has proved to be more versatile in his conversion to 3-4 Rush OLB. I still speculate that Freeney could have made the switch, but we'll never know.
Anyway, I love both players and currently own both jerseys in Colts blue. I kind of refuse to pick one. Frathis/Meeney forever!!!
-
I'm pretty sure it's because Manning got all 50 of the votes, and there were not other votes for other QBs.
Yeah, that's the only thing I can figure as well. Still surprising to me, though.
-
No 2nd team QB? That seems odd. Maybe that's normal.
All of those players are very deserving. Much better list than the Pro Bowl. Though I have to say, it strongly resembles my pro bowl ballot, lol
-
And yet he still isn't a 90 overall in Madden....doesn't...make....sense.... (He's at 89 right now)
In all seriousness, that's awesome. He really proved me wrong this year!!

Lol, come on defense
