Diehard fan

Howell playing well made this decision even more easy imo

He probably won't have a good day throwing the ball, but running it....... Is a different story

Arian foster was an un drafted guy from Tennessee that ended up on a ps squad....
-
Your missing why I made the Eric Foster reference. It's not a talent comparison, it's a fans reaction comparison. I know some want to believe that he was still a fit in the defense, but the truth is, you'd be hard pressed to find another 3-4 DE Nevis' size. He was very generously listed a 6'1" and the prototypical size for a 3-4 DE is at the very least 6'3". Those 2 inches may not seem like a big deal but he also had short arms so he didn't have the length to get his paws in the air to bat down throws through the passing lanes. Nevis is a good player and he'll make a 4-3 team happy, but he wasn't in our plans moving forward. It's just that simple. If the coaches thought he would be an effective 3-4 DE, then he would be here still.

Biggest surprise team health disappointment run game( for now)

And, for more fun....
Here's the final 53-man prediction from Colts PR chief, Craig Kelley....
And here's the final 53-man prediction from Colts PR assistant, Kevin Bowen....
Interestingly, they take a different approach... makes for good reading....
Enjoy!

Classic.. Keeping it real

He was one of the only d linemen I felt confident in other than Redding last year.

The talent evaluators in this organization know what they want. This is going to be a power house team on both sides of the ball if they keep it up.
-
They played very physical and tough the other day. Should have a name like the Legion of Boom does
-
Liked his footwork. Tossing people around as well
-
Very anticipated players. can't wait
-
The o-line will be playing with eachother more and we should have an extra tight end instead of Fleener to block
-
True. I was mad when we missed on Trindon Holiday last year
-
I think we go after a WR and another O Lineman or two, maybe another Safety or Corner
-
Who do you think will be on the waiver wire, that we should pick up? Just a guess.
-
Mcglynn shown what he can do. Lets see if any of these others guys can do better. Its like the coaching staff does'nt want to hurt his feelings for benching him
-
too late for what??
Training camp being over. Should of rephrased it
-
Makes me feel better to see everyone back. Though it's too late
-
Pretty underrated.. Once the season is over they will realize
-
That would be great!

Man I sure would like Thornton to get up to speed in the next couple weeks.
