A lot of rookies are. A ton of slamming on Donald Brown, but he improved immeasurably as a pass protector. Vick will 'get it.'
Just like Fleener at TE....he was simply DESTROYED in one on one drills last year.....he came along well. Not sure we will 'hire' Bradshaw for a pass protector....easiest way to hurt your chronically ill feet there is....
I hope so. He certainly has the size to be good in protection, but he got blown by without getting a hand on the defender several times last year.

IMO ,would rather see Vick carry the ball anyday,but that being said we need more quality depth.Right now Bradshaw is a quality receiver,and a capable runner.Believe me V.B. isn't going anywhere and will make believers of any skeptics in here.
Vick is a great runner. His problem is that he's very sub par in pass protection.

Anybody that thinks Williams is out is nutso. He costs almost nothing, has huge upside and will contribute on the field a great deal, even if it is only as a return guy. You simply can't have too many guys with his rare speed.
DB isn't going to see the field at all, baring injury, has little upside at this point, as he has had several years to show what he has, and the Colts free up $1.7 million in cap space by letting him go. That money is going to be needed after Bradshaw's contract is added against the cap.

I'm sure that it's not, but some make it look harder than others.
I was maybe spoiled by Edge and Addai, who were both tremendous in pass protection, but Ballard was BAD in that department last year. As someone else said, he was a rookie, so hopefully he makes big strides.
