What doesn't anyone like Ballard? I think Ballard had amazing year last year and will be even better this year with a better offensive line.
Bradshaw is in a completely different league from Ballard.

NFL Network's Kimberly Jones reports the Colts and free agent Ahmad Bradshaw are negotiating a contract, and it "looks like a deal will get done."
Bradshaw is in Indy at this very moment. The Indianapolis Star also believes the Colts' interest in the 27-year-old is "serious," not routine tire-kicking. The fit couldn't be better. The Colts' backfield lacks talent, and Bradshaw could easily take over lead-back duties from Vick Ballard. Bradshaw is perfect for OC Pep Hamilton's West Coast offense as a supreme blocker and pass catcher. We could hear something by the end of the night.http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/4305/ahmad-bradshaw
If they sign him does this mean Donald Brown will be cut? Bradshaw is definitely a number one running back....

Well at least Manning made it to the Superbowl with, uhh... Jim Caldwell, so as long as Luck plays like Manning and Pagano coaches just slightly better than Caldwell, we'll get over the hump!
What makes you think he will ever play like Manning?

Just a bit of fun to chase away the off-season boredom.
Post your predicted Superbowl winner here now, then come back after the draft and edit accordingly. We'll see how many people change their minds.
I think the Seahawks have the best roster on paper but I don't think they get it done in the playoffs. Therefore, my prediction is the 49ers.
The Manning bowl. Denver over the Giants....

I thought they had the top ten about right and perhaps the top 15 but after that, it was absurd. Pagano is rated so low because he has only coached a few games but last year showed that he could certainly put together a good staff and plan.

This is a topic that analysts have talked about over the last few weeks and I cannot believe how many of them think that Luck will not. The way I see it, Luck started an ENTIRE season without injury and won more games than RG3 did last year. He also had more yards and TD passes along with all of the 4th quarter comebacks and game winning drives that he executed. Robert Griffin III had a better completion percentage, however, a big part of that is because he did not throw the ball nearly as much and when he did it was short high-percentage passes. The fact that RG3 won Offensive Rookie of the Year just shows you that the award is nothing but a big popularity contest. It is up to the players votes though. Id love to see what everyone else thinks
It wasn't a popularity contest. Luck had a terrible QB rating and RGIII was second in the entire NFL. I think both will improve a lot this year but I think RGIII will have the advantage.
Ahmad Bradshaw visiting Colts/Colts now in 'heavy negotiations' with Bradshaw again. (merge)

They sure are. Bradshaw has not missed many games due to injury in his career and he is an upgrade at running back. He won't be coming to the Colts to be number 2.
