I could have sworn we had Dallas' 7th round pick for Caesar Rayford but he has Dallas taking a QB with that pick. -

I don't think a lot of us or the FO would be very happy relying on this safety unit:
Mike Adams
Sergio Brown
Tyvon Branch
Delano Howell (RFA)

Finally some defense write ups! Can't wait to see the rest. I can't lie, despite his lack of coverage skills Denzel Perryman is my 2015 DMC (Draft Man Crush). Colts need someone with his intensity and aggressive play style. You want to stop the run, you draft Denzel Perryman.
-
Denzel Perryman time!
-
I'd pass on Marshall for a more experienced Corner, Austin Shepherd is an interesting pick to develop
I was thinking of putting Kevin White there at Rd. 6 but I think his draft stock will continue to rise after his solid performance at the Senior Bowl. My thoughts here are that you aren't drafting 6th rounders to start, they are going to be depth players and I think in a year or two training under Pagano and alongside Vontae that he could transition very well and become a viable option at CB.
-
Round 1 - Denzel Perryman ILB
Round 2 - Duke Johnson RB
Round 3 - Anthony Harris SS
Round 4 - Henry Anderson 3-4 DE
Round 5 - Austin Shepard OT
Round 6 - Nick Marshall CB/QB
Round 6 - BPA aka crapshoot
Round 7 - BPA aka crapshoot
A lot of people have Denzel Perryman pegged as a 2nd rounder so if we can trade back for an early 2nd and still get him then that's fine but I don't think grabbing him at the end of the 1st will be considered a reach or raise any eyebrows. he's a playmaker that hits like a truck and stops big RBs in their tracks. We need someone like him to shut down the Legarrette Blounts of the world.
I wouldn't mind throwing the dice on Nick Marshall from Auburn, he's very athletic and transitioning to CB under Pagano's tutelage would probably be pretty effective.

Justin Houston.

I'd be totally okay using our 1st round pick on him or trading back and getting him with an early 2nd round pick. He knows how to STOP ball carriers in their tracks.
-
Just for giggles, I traded our 2015 1st, 2016 1st and a 2015 5th pick to move up and snag Landon Collins.
Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 14 (MIA): Landon Collins, SS, Alabama (A)
Round 2 Pick 27: Arik Armstead, DE, Oregon (A)
Round 3 Pick 27: Tre' Jackson, OG, Florida State (A)
Round 4 Pick 27: David Cobb, RB, Minnesota (A-)
Round 6 Pick 27: Tyrus Thompson, OT, Oklahoma (B)
Round 6 Pick 31: Josh Shaw, CB, Southern California (A)
Round 7 Pick 28: Xavier Williams, DT, Northern Iowa (B+) -

I started guessing at round 6 but I LOVE round 1-5, the only thing I missed on was not getting a solid ILB

Think the front office will be interested?

Since Land on Collins seems like a sure thing to go in the top 15, my next favorite safeties are Gerod Holliman and Cody Prewitt. Holliman already has 10 int this year, just ridiculous.

Does Vontae shadow the WR1 or a specific side of the field? Will he be covering Randle or Beckham Jr?
-
First and foremost, I have no doubt that the Colts will come out on top this Monday against the Giants...I will be at the bar in my Mathis jersey cheering them on with a Yuengling in hand.
With that said...I have Rueben Randle and Odell Beckham Jr. on my fantasy roster (12-team standard scoring) and I'm having hard time deciding between the two. The rankings all over the internet say that Randle is the obvious start but I have my doubts knowing that Vontae is back and he is shutdown corner. Does Vontae shadow the WR1 or does he play to a single side? I'm leaning towards Beckham but I'd like to know everyones thoughts on which Giants WR to start against our Colts.
Thanks.

I'd like them to bring back AQ Shipley! Any help we can get on the O-Line would be nice. Duke Ihenacho wouldn't be a bad veteran pick up
As for rookies:
S - Ed Reynolds or Craig Loston
ILB - Shayne Skov or Yawin Smallwood (want...not need)
-
My wife and I will be spending Saturday at Hogwarts (Universal) before heading to the game Sunday morning. I'm deployed now and hopefully the timing is right and we don't miss the game, coming from Hurlburt Field, FL.
If you guys get a group together for a tailgate, PM me. I'm down.
-
Safety - Craig Loston, Dion Bailey, Kenny Ladler or Lonnie Ballentine.
CB - Rashaad Reynolds, Marcus Roberson, Louichez Purifoy
Doesn't have to be all of them, that would be ridiculous but at least one or two. Fill the need.
Mod- please move to NFL Draft, Free Agency, etc. My bad.
-
Hope we can still get Craig Loston or Bailey as UDFA
-
Would have been a UDFA, not worth a draft pick IMO.
-
John Ulrick - Tackle.
-
Andrew Jackson over Christian Jones?! The deuce?!
Denzel Perryman Pulls Hamstring on 40.

I'd be so happy if we got him in the 2nd or 3rd. Thumpers gon' thump.
