every coach in the NFL publicly states their team needs to improve. Onwers as well.When someone in charge publicly displays their displeasure, (how the team played, coached, blocked, etc...) it puts everyone on notice. Yes, the players and coaches all know what Mr. Irsay is saying and how he feels, and yes, it does matter to them.

It's not as easy as a madden depth chart, you can't just move a guy from one side to another. Muscle memory, hand placement, footwork are all learned over a period of time. It's actually hard for some to make the switch.

So try not to over-react. The patriots nearly got beat by the bills, the Seahawks barely escaped Carolina, the jets beat Tampa bay, the titans beat Pittsburgh, and the bears beat Cincinnati. Yeah, there were some things we didn't do so well, but a w is a w. we will be fine

Let's hope he can turn it around. Depending on Allen's status he might be asked to take a bigger role. As of today though, Grigson's top pick last year (fleener) and top pick this year (werner) have not been the least bit impressive.

Containing Pryor was almost impossible.
Yes, holding Mcfadden to 48 yards was good on the part of the D, but they bit on the run too much and Pryor picked up yards.
Passing D needs tighter coverage.

You're wrong because of what you wrote here. Luck runs because he is going to be sacked or because he sees it as a better alternative than forcing a throw. That is trying to make a play, not getting sacked by running away is making a play. scoring a td on a scramble is making a play.
Isn't scrambling the effect of not wanting to force a throw? Don't see your point there. Usually scrambling indicates not having receivers open.
