I personally like what he's doing. The guys we were supposedly after had high prices on them, and I'm glad he isn't sticking it out there to overpay for guys. Instead, we've got two quality picks for the front seven instead of paying $14M a year for a single guy. Besides, even if we don't get everything, needs can still be assessed via the draft since he wants the roster to be built through it.

That would be satisfactory as well. As long as it isn't the % that Grigson "built" because we've had one of the worst defenses in history the past couple of seasons now.

That was a very impressive press conference. His answers were something that I was definitely looking for in a GM. Very honest and humble, and I'm anxious already to see what he'll bring during the offseason.
