[it is better to have a great D than a great O]

I saw another game won by the big uglies on the line of scrimmage. Nothing more, nothing less. X's an O's. A D-line that can fold a pocket makes the game look easy for a secondary. An O-line that can sustain a pocket makes a QB look brilliant. I just saw both... on the same team. The game has, and will always be, won by the unheralded big men inside.

I don't understand how Grig's can make such excellent decisions on personnel yet not replace Satele and McGlynn this offseason.  I've really tried not to lose confidence in the leadership of this organization but this is absurd.

This type of thing makes me sick.  Most people would be horrified at the type of hazing that takes place in "responsible" sectors of adult life.  The upper branches of the military's hazing is absurd.  As well as what takes place in sororities in Ivy League (the elite of the 1%) colleges.  Its generally the super successful cultures where hazing gets totally absurd.  And when a person defends themselves usually they are the ones punished.  Even if they only speak about it they are violating some code.  Even mass murderers can conduct themselves by a code.  That doesn't make the code right.   I am extremely grateful that the colts organization has no tolerance for this behavior from what I have read.
