That being said the starting O-Line as a whole played a lot better this week in pass blocking. Luck consistently had a clean pocket.
Consistently? I would say the pocket collapsed quickly on at least 75% of his throws.
Satale was garbage too. Send these bums packing as soon as Holmes and Thornton are ready to rock.
I bet Grigson is smacking himself over that Shipley trade every day.

Which is why we took a flyer on him. Definitely wont eat up a roster spot as long as Bob did if he doesn't work out.

I would rather him take a breather and not worry about coming back and playing in a preseason game.
But the new offense, I can understand that it is important to get as many reps as you can.
They will put him on ice until the Raiders in Week 1. I wouldn't worry.

Thank goodness he totally held back as soon as he knew he had a clear shot on Luck. A light sack, kinda just fell on him.

Awesome! Great news, and nice to see some positivity around here.
The fly in the ointment is that he isn't really ready yet though. League forced them to do it because he took a few handoffs last week. Can't break the PUP rules.

Chuck Pagano says Dwayne Allen has gone for a second opinion on his foot. Bjoern Werner with a sore knee and was held out of practice
If Coach cant tell us what the first opinion was, then that means its BAD.

Allen went for a second opinion. Team never disclosed what the first opinion was. Results of second opinion coming later tonight.
This is really bad. If I were a betting man, I would put it all on a stress fracture.

About time. He is definitely one of the unquestioned leaders of that D and has been for a while. I'm proud to wear his jersey, even when people are like "who is that?"

Just like Walden can't find much video on him so he is a mystery for me, I trust Grigson see's something in both..
apparently Walden had a career game against us last year, and that is why we wanted him (we couldn't figure out how to stop him). every other game he was almost non-existent.
Makes me nervous.
