I'll be there and I did see that they will be giving Marvin and Dungy their hall of fame rings. Idk if that's during halftime or not. Have fun!Â

Definitely Manning related. Tomorrow's the 18th and Manning is in Indy for an event on Saturday.Â
I agree. Was gonna say the same thing, I thought I had heard of a press meeting tmrw...

I say non issue, not even reported on local news tonight.. Just sayin..

GFYCAT is being weird so I can't embed it but here's the link to the longer/better version:
Awesome! Good work!

I'll throw in my 2cents.. Do you think the loss of Roberts mother had anything to do with it? I'm not sure if he was on the side lines. As the team has always preached is family.. Maybe they too were affected? Still was a bad game but that happens!

It probably has something to do with the fact that they were all attending services today for Montori Hughes' daughter.
Puts things in perspective after a preseason loss.. They were down a teammate and a family member. Maybe they're whole hearts weren't in it, as Chuck says "faith, family, football".. Just sayin but thanks for making this known. Appreciate it.

Well considering he was carrying kids from Riley hospital to deliver the green flag for the race, makes it even cooler! ;-)

a topic that turned into a bunch of dudes arguing saying.. boos, booing, and boo.. Sounds so funny .. ;) oh and booed!! !

Good post. And thank you for taking the time to write it out. It wasn't that time consuming of a post to read. Well done and well thought out.

Just watched NFL Turning Point where they featured Cory and all his "talkin" it was pretty good! :-)

The NFL has been doing a "Salute to Service" all week for service members in the military.
Which brings me to Pat McAfee. It was pointed out on local indy channel 13, of what he did before the game. He personally paid for a brand new vehicle for a family who had a husband/father in the service. Although being so surprised for the car, the back door then opened up and out came their dad!!
He said he almost teared up watching the kids run into the arms of their father.
I think that is something that is a positive for today, and shows what a great guy he is! Just wanted to point that out, had not seen it brought up. Salute to you Pat!!

It was 1 series were gore had 3 runs. Yes they were large runs, buts its not like gore got a td off of them. it was hunter with the ONLY 9ers td today.
My gosh people it wasn't a perfect game, but some people are never satisfied. I know I saw him(Walden) set the edge several times. I even yelled at him for it. Does anyone realize what the colts did today? They truly played SMASH MOUTH football against a very very good team. Some people are never happy I guess.
The defense completely dominated kap and co. I remember after week 1, this board was so scared about playing against Kap. Look what we did to him today. We shut him down.
Thank you.

What have I noticed... And keep in mind I don't post, I come here for the knowledge of the game, to learn from others and get a more in depth feel for what our Colts are doing... So..
Our offense is going to be something special. We're not showing our full hand yet and the addition of the fullback is nice. Except I'm not seeing the domination in the run game.. DB had a few nice runs, but it was inconsistent.
DHB can have some great hands and make the plays, he's gaining confidence and it's showing.
Reggie is, well Reggie! :-)
I think it will only improve..
Defense..
All I can say is that I'm impressed. Keep in mind this is from a novice stand point.
Rayford is a keeper for sure.
Werner is coming along, he looked strong, but is still learning. I didn't see him giving up much(no motor?) he shed his blocks when he needed to.
Toler is gonna find his place along with Landry. Special.
I think our front line will only get better, and we have good depth.
ST is getting there..
Chuck P. is a Coach! For him to run out on the field when a defensive play is made near him and get in with the guys is awesome!! Smacking them around and what not is good to see!! :-)
And to sum it up.. Whenever the interviews on the sidelines with the free agents on why they came here was " the family" that's established. They even quoted "Iron sharpens iron, Man sharpens man"... Sounds like a great locker room.. :-)
Oh and Reggie's half time interview where he said he put his # up on the board for the receivers to call him anytime??!?! Just awesome and super classy. Which rang off the hook! :-) shows something from our young guys..
Sorry to ramble.. But I'm getting excited, and I'm impressed...
Don't chew me a new one. ;-)
Oh geez.. Big Edit! No touch downs yet... And no penalties in the whole first half! Nice! Ok I'm done.. ;-)

Breaking on nfl network, cards offer BA the job

Also not to mention, some Pacer players and Fever players bought tickets to the Pacer game for those affected in the southside explosion! Classy always! :-)

Hi not sure where to post this, and can't start a new thread nor does it need one... But I have a question?
I was walking thru the lobby of my building downtown Indy, and they are hosting a Coca-Cola event, and I swear I saw Mathis in the lobby... He was wearing a boot on his left foot? Is he injured or something or just a tweak? Any info would be appreciated.. Thanks!
-
They're waiting to see if Reggie likes the way he throws the ball to him, if not welcome Mr. Harnish!!
-
Amen! And don't forget McAfee for buying up Pacers tickets to get fans in the stands! That's class too!

Who's Jones? Quan Cosby has #12 right now.

He did also say that he already has a list of candidates in mind. Names that "we" may not know much about. All his talking to other people (Gruden/Manning) or others we don't know about, could have helped him build that list. And with a new GM that will evaluate everything could still leave open a change at HC. Just MO but I don't think it's guaranteed it's already in house. I think he has a bigger plan.Â
