I find it funny how people, imcluding myself, viewed him as indestructible. 1 hit and the perception has changed. Granted, it took a damaged internal organ to keep him out, but I do see a lot of people now worrying about his durability and availability.

I don't notice much of any real change to Luck's delivery.
But what I do notice is that with Chud's offense, the decisions on where the ball goes come much sooner, so the ball is out of Luck's hand much quicker.
Combine that with much better pass blocking tonight and I didn't see very much (any?) pressure at all on Luck.
I'll take that all season long!
He's not bringing the ball low on any throws so far. His delivery is a lot more consistent and his footwork as well. IMO

His mechanics did look better. Hopefully he can keep it up.

I'm no QB guru but isn't bad to work on his foot steps ball release etc... This late in his career? Kind of like Tebo when they try to force him to not wind up his arm so he can get rid of ball quicker? I'm not comparing Luck to Tebo either lol just using as example.
Luck is kinda weird. At times he has a very quick release. I remember ESPN's Sports Science timing it.
But at times he does get lazy w/ his mechanics. Its different from Tebow because they basically tried to change him. They seem to be refining Luck's mechanics.

Looks great to me. Where's he at, he looks like he's way out in the country somewhere. I see a huge year coming from him! as in 35-40 TD's and over 4000 Yards.
Thats Uncle Rico in the gif that was posted. LOL

I still think it's slower than you'd like for a player of his caliber, but so long as he's not staring down the defense and can get the ball out on time it shouldn't be a big deal. Make a quick decision, trust your guy to be there, and let it go. It may be faster than it was though, I haven't noticed.
Brady and Ben have slower releases imo

It looks quicker. Anyone else noticed?

Luck seems to still be throwing ints. I just don't know what to make of this guy.

I mean we're probably going to get a 4th round comp. pick for him.
Says who?

I was mocked, per usual. I love this administration, it's really laughable at this point.

LOL @TO has never won a Super Bowl. He played better than Marvin in the 1 he played in. And he was on 1 leg. Marvin did have Peyton throwing to him for a decade. LOL.
TO and Randy Moss were just different athletes from other WRs.
This thread is comedy. Lynn Swann being better than TO LOL

Organization is ran by *.
Pernell McPhee should have been priority #1 last yr. Instead we give Andre Johnson 7mil. The problem isn't free agency, its that Grigson and co are clueless in free agency
-
After this past yr, 30 other qbs would have to decline before they ask Andrew. Bortles and Hoyer would get called before Andrew.
-
If I'm Andrew Luck, there is no way I sign a multi yr deal to stay w/ these dullards. Andrew has now watched Russell Wilson and Cam pass him in the best qb talk.

Re-Signing Fleener is a priority because
1. He is better receiver than Allen
2. He is turning into a better blocker
3. He doesn't get hurt as much as Allen does
Yes, he's better than Allen. IMO, thats not saying much.
-
Why is signing Fleener a priority?
And what a difference a yr made for Luck.
-
All of these hires just reaffirms my belief that we shouldve started from scratch. Horrible staff.
-
Tannehill has probably been hit more than Luck. Great hire.
-
Fire Pagano and Grigson
And force Irsay to sell like the NBA did w/ Sterling.

Does the difference between coaching college players and NFL players really need explaining to you?
Yeah, cuz Greg Roman really had issues. This is a position coach, not a coordinator or head coach. Point is a lot of college coaches are better than Philbin.

and then you realize no NFL organization does this, and the last time one tried we got Pep Hamilton. You know why college O lines are dominant? Because the big schools just recruit the biggest, strongest kids, who are more than happy to play for a big time school and get their name on TV and guarantee NFL scouts watching them. They are men among boys, veritable college all star teams. The scheming you would do at that level with that talent gap is simply nowhere near the level of scheming you do in the NFL, where talent gap is rarely as big an issue.
Unless you WANT the Pep Hamilton of O line coaches. Then by all means go ahead.
That makes zero sense. Those teams I named run pro style offense w/ pro concepts. Point is, they're plenty of proven people that can coach the ol.
-
I don't get these people. You can't look @ college football and just get a line coach? I'll take Bama, FSU, UCLA, LSU, OSU, Michigan, Stanford and others line coaches any day.
Organization is ran by dullards.

Of course you would.
Andrew Luck LOVES Pagano.
And the fact that you HATE Pagano is why you have no idea that that's true.
Luck was being diplomatic about teammates and coaches. He knows some are going to leave -- some do every year. But he knows with this year, more than ever are going to be leaving. He's showing compassion for them while signaling that he understands the business is all about the bottom line.
Winning is everything and if he means change and people leaving, then so be it.
Andrew Luck would love Hitler ams Stalin. Its just not in his nature to hate. But Im sure he woulda have loved a new coach. A real Head Coach. Now he's doomed to watch Russell Wilson be better than him.
According to PFF, Kelly has not had one negative play
