Not a fan of Ajayi. Looked slow to me when I watched him last couple of years and 3 ACLs...I’d rather roll with what we got and if we must draft another rb in a later round. Coleman was the guy I wanted.

I agree Coleman is better in that category as well. Yes Mack sucked it up that play but I still think overall he’s a threat in the receiving category. Plus pretty much every player had a play last year where it went off their hands and turned into an INT lol. I’m just saying they both would complement each other and keep the defenses on their toes and guessing.

Tevin Coleman is the guy I’ve been hoping the Colts get. Him and Mack would be amazing and would add competition for the starting back which is what Chris Ballard preaches. Both keep the defenses guessing with the run or pass.

I would love him for a 5th. Lot of potential and i would think he would be fun in the slot. Still need a big WR imo since we already have TY. But if he doesn’t work out as a WR I’d love to have an electric returner. Can’t remember ever having a return man that was as electric as him at least.

I’m gonna go with #3 but I like where we are heading. I think we have done better than most of us thought they would have. The coaching staff and o-line is a million times better and we have a ton of cap space for next year. I bet we make playoffs next year and 2-3 years from now we become contenders if Ballard keeps it up. He’s done very well IMO. I know he has some doubters but I’m a fan.

Mike Badgley got signed by the Chargers. I thought he looks great in preseason too.

If McDaniels does choose the Titans because of the “ceiling” of Mariota and Lucks shoulder then I don’t think that’s a smart move on his part. It’s not like Mariota has been healthy the majority of his career either. It even seems to me that when he is healthy and playing he gets nicked up at some point during the game. As some have stated loyalty by Irsay and the front office, a high draft pick and a ton of cap space is a great start for someone trying to come in and build around his scheme. Sure, the Titans are a better team now but imo they have a ton of work to do as well with many uncertainties. Then again I am a colts fan who wants Josh as our coach lol

I agree about the secondary I'm excited to see what we have now that Davis is coming back. Wish Wilson was healthy - Davis, Melvin, Wilson would be fun to watch with Hooker at Safety.

I thought he played great. He made that great interception and seemed to be all over the place. A lot of people questioned his tackling and I thought he tackled very well and when he was the last guy left to make a tackle a few times during a big play he ended it (which isn't a good thing if your safety keeps doing that). Him and Wilson were fun to watch

I'm really excited about Mack this season. I think he has the opportunity to get more touches as the season goes on and he's flashed a ton of home run potential. Just hope he can keep the fumbles in check. Would like to see our top 2 picks Hooker and Wilson grow together this season too. I've seen enough of Green imo he's got all the ability but still, would rather see Wilson more over Green.

I know they love the potential of Green and he's still young. But I'd really like to see Wilson and Hooker together and let them grow together on the field for the future. We are rebuilding so let the top 2 picks grow together and show what they have. I'm excited to watch Hooker this week I'm just hoping the give Wilson more opportunities over Green.

I know a lot of people wanted him in the draft I don't know how well he has played but if he's shown flashes I would be fine with it for the right price and he's still young. Ballard has been preaching youth, speed and depth.

Calvin Pryor just got released by the Browns after a fight with a teammate. Idk how he did with the jets before the trade and the fighting with a teammate worries me but I know a lot of people liked him coming into the draft. May be some good depth for cheap.

Do you realize how long the starters played? You can form a judgement from that?
I stated my opinion based on the amount they played no they didn't look good when they were in today I know it's preseason I told him its a little early to say grigson made it worse and I believe the oline will be better than last seasons I just wasn't impressed today with the time they were given

Instead of bashing u like a lot of other people on here I will say the offensive line looked bad today and I hoped to see improvement but it is a little soon to say grigson made it worse dont u think? I still think he added people to make the oline better...I think one more year they will be solid and Thornton is injured I think he has potential

The defense may have slightly looked better the last few games but MJD tore us up still and Gabbert didn't do horribly against us as he played bad all year really...the texans were on their 3rd string rookie quarterback without Andre Johnson and their tight end, and Locker did pretty good late in the game against us...so I'm not really sold that the defense got better after Coyer we have a ton of work to do I hope we do go to a more basic 4-3 if anything but we need to get more aggressive sure tacklers on our team and as everyone knows some corners a SS and a DT that can really fill the gaps and move people around...Hopefully we can get a good GM in Indy some better coaches and do well in the draft and free agency...we need to do well in all those things if we want to get better faster

I guess Fisher but Cowher I like more than anyone but I don't see him coming to Indy...I think Del Rio would be my top choice at DC and Spags as my second choice for DC. Del Rio has had more consistently strong defenses over the years in Jacksonville and was a solid linebacker back in his day so he has knowledge...I'm dreaming but hopefully Norv Turner gets fired and we find a way to get him at OC...we need to change the ways of our defense and get more physical and aggressive

Each and every player is one hit away from having serious problems. Do your research on Manning's neck fusion surgery. It will actually make his neck stronger and more stable than it was before he was hurt. If anything, he was more susceptible to a major injury from the time he first injured the neck and before he had the fusion surgery. His neck was very unstable before the fusion surgery. There have been other players (Kelvin Hayden, Mike Alstott, etc) who have had the same surgery and continued to play.
I think Manning will be healthy and be back. The problems are the $28M bonus and Luck sitting on the bench until Manning is finished playing. Luck will not want to sit that long. He wants to and should play immediatly.
We will see I agree everyone is one hit away but I'm sticking with what I said

I've never been a big fan of known scrambling quarterbacks...I like pocket quarterbacks that can it they need to scramble out and make a accurate throw. When was the lag time a known scramble quarterback won the Super Bowl? Quarterbacks are leaders that make the throws, running backs are the ones that run...scrambling quarterbacks also seem to get hurt more look at Vick, remember Culpepper, McNair, Mcnabb??? All have had plenty of injuries that effected them...if u haven't noticed I'm really hopin the colts make the right decision and take Luck over RG3

Manning has had 3 next surgeries in the last what year or year and half? He's made millions, he's won a Super Bowl, he going to the hall of fame, in my opinion he's too smart than to come back and risk his future health with a team that clearly is rebuilding. The chances he comes back to play for us I would say is about 10%. All it takes it one hit and he could be having serious problems. It's sad and he has been fun to watch but we got to be real.
