  1. I know I've been posting in the fantasy section a lot, but I need the feedback lol! Anyways I give up Jamaal Charles and Julio Jones in return for Darren McFadden and Reggie Wayne.

My thought process is that McFadden will bounce back and Wayne is a stud, while also being one of my favorite players of all time. Another note is that McFadden and Wayne have already had their bye weeks, so in essence I get an extra 2 weeks of productivity.

  2. no no no...You could shop Gates around if need be, but you just don't drop players like that. Get value for him at least. There is really nobody else on your team thats not producing that you can drop in order to carry both Gates and Daniels? I guess if Daniels is even available, this is probably an 8 team league?

Yes this is an 8 team league. But my thought process is this, the team I'm playing has Hernandez and he is probably searching the waiver wire for a TE, so why not beat him to the punch? My back up tight is Greg Olsen, should I drop him instead?

  3. The more I watch Foster run behind a Fullback the more I want a Casey or Conner or Mughelli or especially a Vontae Leach. I know some will say we have Allen but seriously he isn't in any of those true Fullbacks league when it comes to run blocking

I agree. A solid fullback could definitely help our run game. I like using Allen at fullback though because of his versatility as a pass catcher.

  4. I'm technically a rookie and it's not a mistake I would have made... Lining up out of position, or a false start, or a wrong route, or an illegal block is a rookie mistake.

Making a fair catch at the 5 is bad awareness and bad fundamentals. Not calling Hilton a bad player, but as the OP stated, there are times he leaves us wondering why that just happened.

I concur. I wouldn't call that a rookie mistake. He's been returning punts before he entered the NFL, he should know better than that. With that said, everyone player makes mistakes and unless it becomes a continuing occurrence (making careless mistakes), just the guy a break.

  5. I like the optimism, but let's be realistic. At best, we might win 10 games. With that being said, I really liked what I saw today. If our defense can continue to play like they did the 2nd half we will be well on our way to a double digit win season. Luck is definitely poised for a great season and I'm excited for the future. Probably not this year, but maybe in the next few years we can build a Super Bowl caliber team..
