As long as we fix the O-Line I'm ok with our RB'S. Free agency and the draft .

Suh will eat up money we need for the O-Line. Luck can only take so many hits before he gets hurt. Love what Dallas is doing with their O-Line.

Don't see Nicks being on the team next year. Even our best receivers cant seem to catch the ball ,so why keep an average receiver that cant catch the ball. Dropped passes killed us all year.

I always wondered... if a team wanted to stay under the cap and still keep high priced players couldn't they just make up a lower contract amount and pay the player or players the rest of the money agreed to under the table. The player would just have to get the under the table money first to make sure he gets his money . JUST WONDERING

I would like Freeman more if he was a weakside linebacker in a 4-3 defense .Don't think he's a good fit in our 3-4 . I don't think he's terrible I think he's average or a hair above. Sure wish he was taller. I do think he'll be back next year.

At first , I was in favor of getting rid of Manusky but after reading other posts I realize Manusky has nothing to work with on defense. IMO the only keepers we have on defense are Vontae , Art Jones ,Toler, and Newsome. The rest are average at best or below average. Until this year , the Pats pass defense has been near the bottom of the league for the past few years. And that's with the best coach in the league. Revis and Jamie Collins have turned that defense around.

Good.... Make Chud the new OC and get rid of PEP. The offense has regressed , we've gone 7 straight games without scoring 30 points.

Dude, if you gave Mike Shanahan this same team, I guarantee it wouldn't have the blowouts its had under Pagano. I guarantee the offense would be even more productive and have an actual run gm.
I think John Fox is better than Pagano, and I think John Fox is a horrible coach.

I give u these retreads, because I believe they would win with Andrew Luck. They all were fired because they weren't Lucky enough to have one of the best qbs in the league. This team is winning because of the guy behind center. You take Andrew Luck off this team and put him on Hou, Tenn, or even Jacksonville and the Colts finish behind his team.
If I take Pagano and his staff and replace them w/ any coaching staff in our division, we're stll division champs because we have Luck and they don't.
I find this notion that we're 11-5 and we got to the AFCCG because of Pagano absurd. We were Lucky to get to the title gm. As evidence I present to u the result of the title game as proof that we didn't belong. We couldn't even put up a fight vs a team that we've seen plenty the last 3yrs. Under Pagano, we actually had worse results each time vs NE. Someone should answer for that.
I'll close by saying this, I like Pagano as a person. Beacuse of his Cancer battle, he won't be fired anytime soon. So I would hope we at least hold the coordinators responsible. Manusky at least. I would love a veteran playcaller @ OC, but people look @ the numbers and feel as though Pep has done a good job. I would disagree. I want someone that Luck isnt familiar with to coach him. Trestman, Gase, Charlie Weiss are just trandom names I would like. But I'd bet nothing happens, and are ceiling with Pagano and his staff will be getting blown out by the Pats in the playoffs. Unless we get lucky and are able to avoid them 1 yr. But I also think 11-5 will be the ceiling and we'll never be a top 2 seed to get HF advantage under Pagano. Just my thoughts
Couldn't agree more ... I would keep Pagano but Manusky and Pep have to go. I think our offense sucked the last half of the season. Don't even remember the last time we scored 30 points. And against good QBs our defense was a no show. But after listening to Paganos last press conference I think he knows something better be done to fix these problems. Crossing my fingers.

The defense always looks confused . Paganos 3-4 scheme isn't working. I think we should go back to the 4-3 defense like Seattle. As for the colts offensive talent, I would trade TY for Edelmann straight up right now. He's a true football player.I wanted the Colts to sign him 2 years ago.

Dallas was an average team until they started drafting offensive lineman. Would love to see how good Luck could be with great protection and a running game. Offensive lineman are boring pics or FA signings but we need to take a look at as many as we can.

It is very difficult to jam a receiver who is in a stack formation like that. As you saw Gronk just cleared out because no one can jam him at the line. Denver rarely used the stack formations which I think they should have to clear out room for their guys. We had issues with this type of formation against other teams like Pittsburgh etc. I don't think the passing game obviously hurt us too much last night. Clearly the run game and lack of tackling was terrible. Its ok to give up those short passes but if you come up and hit them and take them down then we keep them in front of the sticks. We did neither last night....all around a poorly played game. The corners played pretty well...just didn't tackle.
The Pats don't seem to have any problem jamming our receivers when we're in the stack formation. Its all about coaching and attitude. Our receivers take a beating in the first 5 yards.

How can we possibly run the ball against a 2 man line. Pats coaches are laughing at us.

Part of it is fans get spoiled. I mean you guys have a 15 + year franchise QB who reached the AFCCG in his 3rd season. That's incredible.
We do get spoiled ..... but I don't want to waste having a great QB with no O-Line and no defense. So tired of not being able to stop the run. So many years with Manning wasted away with no defense. Peyton should have more than 1 SB ring.

Based soley on the games yesterday and not the future, a Packers fan, at least they were competitive.
I agree ..... much rather be competitive . That was a pathetic performance yesterday.

We're not close to the Bills, they had a lot more talent on both sides of the ball.
Your right ... those teams would have kicked our butt . Thurman Thomas would shred this defense.

Herron was averaging 4-5 ypc in the first half (i remember it being said on the halftime show) but only had like six runs. I'm not saying we would have won if we ran it more, but it looked to me like the run game was working and then bam pep went away from it.
We did exacty what NE wanted us to do .They were giving us the run all night playing that 4-2-5 defense and they knew we were dumb enough to keep throwing the ball. That's on PEP and Luck .

Couldn't agree more .... How gutless can u get . The ravens gave the pats a scare with that last second hailmary. Andrew Luck should have changed the play in the huddle and said screw u .
