  1. KJYB, isn't Kam Chancellor up in Seattle like 220-230?

Muamba isn't too far off haha

Drop 20lbs, he can easily play safety. Maybe we give him a few reps in preseason. Like game 4 when it's all backups

lmaoo i dint know he weighted that much

  2. Hello all- I hope you are all well. I haven't been posting any threads in a while so I thought why not make this one.

I want you guys to post as many or as little bold predictions for colts related and/or rookie related predictions for this season. They can be as whacky as possible. Here are mine:

    Draft related:

Marcus Smith, Kyle Van Noy, Jeremiah Attaochu or Jonathan Newsome will have more sacks than Jadeveon Clowney by the end of the season.

Saints WR Bradin Cooks will lead the league in all purpose yards.

On Pro football focus, Bradley Roby and Kyle Fuller will be the only rookie corners rated positively

    And for Colts predictions:

Trent Richardson will have the most yards of all RBs amongst the AFC playoff bound teams.

Donte Moncrief or Da'rick Rogers will have more receiving yards than Hakeem Nicks ( I have a feeling with his history, Nicks may be injured)

The Colts will post a total defense in the top half of the league.

Let me know some of your predictions and you never know, if we look back at this after the season, it could be fun to see who was right and who was way out ( I'm likely in the latter group.)

idk about branddin cooks with all purpose yards! were talking about deasan Jackson  cordell Patterson Jamal Charles etc

  3. Good post, ZT....

So,  since you seem to be interested,  let's talk numbers and let's assume you're correct.    Andrew will throw 600 times and have 400 completions.    I'm going to show you how hard it still is for the touches to work out for everyone....

    -- Wayne/TYH/Hicks....                         200 receptions...  (roughly 70/65/65)

    -- Allen/Fleener....                                 100 receptions....  (roughly 55/45)

    -- Rogers/Moncrief/Brazil or Whalen...   50 receptions.... (roughly 20/15/15)

    -- All RB's/FB/3rd TE....                          50 receptions.... (roughly 35-40 for RB's and 10-15 for the FB/TE)

There's 400 receptions, which I think is the max anyone could hope for.    And even with 400 receptions, I think Reggie will have trouble getting 80...    is it possible the other two will have less than 65?   Sure.   But I don't think it's likely.

I think 100 receptions for the tight ends is just about spot on.

50 receptions for Rogers, Moncrief and the 6th WR is 1 per player per game.    One.     Doesn't seem very generous, so it seems reasonable.    Could those 3 catch 10 less over the season?   Yes.    It's possible, I'm just not sure it's likely.

And 50 receptions for the 6 players who are the 4 RB's, the 1 FB and the 3rd TE is 3 a game for the group of 6 players.

So, a guess of 10-15 for the FB and the last TE seems about right...  leaving 35-40 for the 4 RB's...   that's less than 3 per game for that group.     All seems reasonable....

Now,  injuries will change the equation....   absolutely no doubt...  the formula will change depending on who gets hurt and how many games they miss??    But I think the goal is to spread the love out and be diversified....

Just some food for thought over the dog days of NFL summer!

    nicely put

  4. come down calm down its all about fan bases obviously Andrew luck doesn't have a good phone or fanbase comparing to the other two and doesn't pay attention to twitter Facebook and stuff while cam and Wilson do! :D

  5. i see the similarities. Small, fast, and despite what many may know/think, TY is an excellent route runner. TY is both fast and quick whereas I think

Harrison was more quick than fast, though he was fast too. And in terms of the technicalities of the position it's doubtful TY will ever match Marvin's hands and route running prowess but we've still got something special!

yea ty has good hands, marvin has marvelous hands see what i did there
