I admit I been up for the past two hours watching highlights of this guy and I can't believe he's on our roster and hasn't been given a chance yet (although I'm hoping that changes today at Arizona)
His measurable are freakishly insane.. Nearly 6'3 and close to 220 pounds. He has 4.4 speed and respectable route running and from I could tell his hands are way above DHB's ( but who isn't? I bet half of this forum can catch a better ball than Heyward Bey)
I've seen him catch balls where he was literally covered by the defender, so it appears he's not afraid to be hit either.)
Our offense seems to be a good place for him to get his career started. I wouldn't mind bringing him in slowly. Use him on a reverse or a screen pass.. Build his confidence up before letting him loose on the deeper routes.
I just want to see him get a fair shot. I think he could be very, very good especially with guys like (Luck,Wayne and Pagano) all inspiring him not only to be a better player but to be a better person overall.
Sorry for the rant, it's football Sunday and I'm hoping to see #16 listed in the stat column by the end of the game.

Get him into open space. Like Dungy said, he's too big to hit small holes and our line isn't the best at blocking. Is he to blame for his struggles? Somewhat, but I think we fix the line we fix him. He needs bigger which = better blockers. Donald is smaller and faster so he can hit and squeeze through faster.

It happens all the time bro, when we traded for VD, people ragged on him because he was coming along slow and "OMG A 2nd ROUND PICK!". Now he's a beast.
