  1. Nadine, go here and out in street address and zip code. See what FCC says about coverage strength-.

Then go here and see what type antenna mates to that reception characteristics-

Always make sure any antenna is mounted as high as possible, and away form reflective surfaces. And price isn't commiserate to performance. Two cheap ($35) indoor antennas pulled in the most stations in a consumer reports test recently. But this one always gets high praise and accolades. This version is a 50 mile amplified version, omnidirectional. Might be worth a shot-

    Good luck.

Just bought this one today at Wal Mart and it works fine.

  2. I'm in southern Indiana and our NBC affiliate(Wave 3 Louisville) is off of Directv as well. I went and bought an antenna today and I'm sending the bill to Directv lol. Gonna call them and give them a piece of my mind(spoliers: they don't care), but their call center is seemingly overwhelmed...

  3. I was there too. I didn't leave my seat once the entire game. For the first 3 quarters out of shock and the last quarter out of just knowing we were gonna win this! Lucks Superman TD and TY's TD will be burned in to my brain forever. Ready for football!!!

  4. He hates the Colts and Irsay because they were "stupid" to send a "legend" like. Manning packing for an unproven QB who wasn't even the best QB in his draft(his words). Just like with his beloved RGKnee, who can't even play a full season, Skip has had to eat lots of crow with Mannings Super Bowl performance. I'd like to think it's all an act, but he has this look on his face that he doesn't know what he's talking about half the time, so maybe he IS that dumb lol...

  5. First off congrats to the Chargers, they are a dangerous team. Secondly, did anyone else see Dalton just WILT under the pressure? I guess my reasoning here is after watching Luck make numerous mistakes then just try harder, Dalton just let it get to him. By the end of the game, he just wanted off the field. Not trolling, as I like Dalton, just wondered what everyone else saw

  6. Yeah, I can't really appreciate the Manning-hate in this thread. Why can't we just appreciate now, without taking shots at #18? Anyway, no longer in shock, just marveling what I was in attendance for. Of course, after all this Brad Wells just wants to take pot shots at Grigson for a Luck/Jordan reference and Boomstick's Twitter snafu. What a troll...

  7. Just got back to lovely Southern Indiana from the game.Still in shock, not exactly sure how we got back in to this game. My buddy who went with me is the biggest fan I know and it was great to see him so happy at the end as he and I both were more than worried . Yeah, there were too many Chiefs fans and way too much noise on offense lol. I can honestly say now, I can never count us out again. The Luck fumble recovery "Superman" Td and TY's awesome game-clinching TD will be burned in my memory forever. Just really thankful we pulled this one out and kind of amazed actually

  8. And the story is ????

It's in the above SI article...It was renamed that thanks to a very generous donation from a booster..kinda weird. I don't have an opinion either way on this hiring as it is just too soon to tell. I do think it is pointless to speculate what type of offense this is going to be until we hear from the man himself. We were planning on shoring up the o-line either way, so I think our prospects are wide open. Exciting times for us colts fans :) .

  9. You are forgetting how much Bayless loves Tebow. Everyone and their mother bashed Tebow and praised the Manning signing saying that they were now getting a real quarterback. Even Denver players spent most of the year sending suttle disses at Tebow and how he hindered the offense. Now that the season is done, the reality must be faced that Tebow took the team farther than Manning. If you know anything about Skip Bayless he is going to have a field day on this one. He already calls Peyton the greatest regular season quarterback in league history. Of course Peyton has added more flame to that fire as well unfortunately.

You're probably right, we'll see today I guess? And the less I know/hear from Skip Bayless, the better off I am! :)

  10. All I know is Skip Bayless is going to have an ABSOLUTE field day with Peyton losing yesterday!

Tim Tebow got farther in the playoffs as the Broncos quarterback than Peyton Manning.

He is going to be gloating so hard.

Might be wrong, but I thought Skip was on Peyton's side in this whole deal and criticized the Colts for not only moving on from Manning, but also not drafting the PHENOM(lol) known as RG3? Pretty sure there is a thread in here about it.

  11. You are mixing up your hypothesis' I'm afraid. You are speculating that if we took Leaf over Peyton, we would not have been successful? If, in all likelihood Leaf never worked, would we not have ended up with another good QB? Do you know this for sure? There have been dozens who could have led us to success since we drafted Manning. We may even have picked up Brady before the Patriots (urghh).

Peyton will always be one of my all time favourite sportsmen (all sports), but this 'he build our city' nonesense is taking fandom to new heights of idol worship. I bet Peyton himself would cringe at this very notion.

And 'dude', as a salutation is rather....well.......you know.

Thanks for you in-depth deconstruction of my argument which proved nothing..Sure we would have drafted a good qb, if Leaf hadn't panned out, since our draft record for qb's was so good before and after lol. I am glad you can speak for Peyton as well since in "America's Game" from our Super Bowl year they admitted they(I guess Peyton is included in that a little huh?) turned Indy from a basketball town to a football town. I'm not gonna argue about this as it is pointless, and was excited to see our team go away from putting the praise/blame on one guy to actually wanting to put together a team. I give up, you win, Peyton Manning had nothing to do with the Colts success(regular season anyway) and a new stadium.
