Yeah I know. I hit post too soon. rrrr
That would be "Vinny" in the title

Only Robert, Reggie, and Adam are left? Time for a new bunch of super bowl winners!!
-
If the Redskins do not resign RG111, what do you all think about him signing with the Texans or other AFC South opponent, and what that would mean to the Colts.
-
Andrew Luck
-
Why no second team QB?

Depends on the week. The sport media changes their minds based on each qb's performance each week. One week Brady is the best ever and the next it's Manning.
-
So happy for Peyton. After all he has been through the last 2 years and all the work he has done, he deserves it. Now more than ever, the rest of the country is seeing what Colt fans have known for years! Peyton Manning is a very special QB and person. I love Andrew but I also miss Peyton. I hope Manning knows how much Colt fans everywhere love him!!

It seemed that, in the article, Peyton wanted to come back, but the Colts "had already moved on". He had changed his mind and wanted to stay in Indy. This is not what it seemed in the press conference about it being a mutual decision.

Let's make sure we win the division first!

Completely agree!!!!
Doubtful....that "statue" QB that you are talking about gets rid of the ball in less than 3 seconds. He has the quickest release in the NFL right now. The D Lines can't even think about breaking through in that amount of time. Peyton's O line is filled with 2nd string guys....the difference??? HIS RELEASE TIME and his ability to ADAPT to KNOWING he has a weak O line. Peyton releases the ball before a receiver is even in position. It is up to Luck and HIS COACHES to make the proper adjustments.

I was starting to believe that the Colts had something special. Not so much now.

Why isn't Saunders playing?

My Reggie 1K reception shirt and throat logenses.

Saw him at his autograph session at Circle Center on Monday night. I asked him if he would be back fit the next game and he said yes. Hopefully the doctors agree.

Happy Birthday!! :disco:

That said, I applaud our rival Texans for having 9 Pro Bowlers selected....and all 9 SHOWED up to play. :nfl: :nfl: :nfl: :nfl: :nfl:
I agree with you on thsi one. I noticed that they were all going when I looked up the Pro Bowl roster. Very nice, Texans!

It actually brought a tear to my eye. Those two will always be Colts to me.

He's rockin' that goatee.

What I find funny is that they use the fact that he broke DENVER BRONCO records lol.. No one cares about the Denver Broncos or their records, Manning didn't even have close to as good a season as Aaron Rogers did while he struggled with injuries to his WR core and RBs all season long.
Manning will not win this award, I have faith in the system and they would not tarnish this award by giving Manning a 5th one for being 3rd best among QBs this year, all while Adrian Peterson was having an historic season carrying his lousy offense to the playoffs. Adrian Peterson was 40% of their total offense as a RB! That was with other teams knowing he was going to get the ball too, especially after Percy Harvin went down.
There is no debate. Adrian Peterson is the MVP of this league and luckily there are a lot of AP voters that agree.
No one cares about the Bronco records even though John Elway is considered a top tier QB of all time? Manning breaks all of Elway's records and still gets blasted for not doing enough!
NO ONE does more for a team year in and year out than Peyton Manning. Ask the Denver team who they would rather have as their QB, and yet one of the excuses for Manning not worthy of MVP is that the Broncos went to the playoffs last year. Let's see...8-8 in 2011, 13-3 Number 1 Seed 2012. Yeah, no big deal. (sarcasm) I remember Herm Edward's at the beginning of the year saying that the Broncos would be 9-7 at the end of this season.
Manning couldn't even throw a football last year, something all QB's should be able to do (sarcasm, again). This man deserves all the accolades. What Peterson did is amazing as well, but Manning changed the culture of football in Denver with the fans, the team, and the coaches and did it in one year!

Nice article. Thanks for posting!

Freeney will be gone for sure. heck I don't think we need him now. There are so many great pass rushers in the 2013 draft, we should be able to find one. Josh Chapman will be our starting NT next year, and he will be fine. He's an upgrade over Mookie.
That may be true, but you can really see the havoc that Freeney brings to an offensive line. Even though his numbers don't show it, he is really helping this defense. He is also playing hurt. His ankle has never been able to heel because he keeps playing on it. The guy is giving it up for the team! Love Freeney!

These kind of plays make me so nervous. I am not sure who Luck was trying to throw to. There was no Colt player near enough to make a play. That being said, he was down, and the refs missed the call. You should have heard the crowd around us when that happened! Also, the Bethea PI call was ridiculous!! There also was a call on Fokou for holding that was way off base!! Very bad crew yesterday!

Yes, I believe he came in for Justice.

In case you didn't see this, the official Colts facebook page posted this:
On the way to Detroit, the Colts boarded a plane filled with Military personnel heading overseas to thank them for their service.

The saying is that defense wins championships yet it seems like the Colts have been more about offense for years. The Texans have a great defense on paper right now with the signing of Wilfork and the return Of Clowney and of course Watt. They are going to be tough to beat this year in my opinion. Wish we would have done something more about the NT position with some veteran signing.
