I am not worried about the offense (yet). Collins is been on the team for 3 weeks only and it will take him more time to get comfortable with the offense. I am really worried about the run defense. Without Foster, the Texans ran for 165 yards. Browns, Pittsburgh are all run first teams. I not really impressed with the decision to let Tommy Harris go. We have been trying to fix the run defense for too long now.

Lets see what heppens next game.

I like the idea. Painter is a joke. Dan Orlovsky still looks like a rookie.

If Payton does not return due to his injury, without the running game, forget about even scoring in those games. We need a good, solid backup with good pro experience or from a good college program.

I am waiting to see our management give Payton a good defense and a balance offense with 100+ yards running game. His window is closing and its unfair for him to carry this team on his shoulder all the time

Is it too early to panic for the run game (both on the defense and offense)? In last two games, the defense has given up > 150 yards on the ground and the offense has gathered < 100 yards. This is very similar to last 2-3 years. Poor tackling is not new for us. We have been hearing about it for last 2-3 years whenever teams run for more than 100 yards on us (which is unfortunately more than 80% of time).
