This is my very first topic. Forgive me if someone has already made a topic covering this. But can we realistically turn it around this season and get in the playoffs?
I am a diehard fan and hate to see the team lose and struggle and I'm not ready to give up on this season just yet. I know we're very flawed and lacking talent and experience on both sides of the ball but we've been in every game we've played this year with a chance to win every one of them. I believe that if our Oline continues to improve and we can get a taste of winning anything is possible. My biggest concern outside of our coaches is our nonexistent pass rush and our lack of talent in our linebacking corp in general. Also now, we're gonna be without Moncrief, Dorsett, and Allen for a week or more. Are these recent injuries on offense the proverbial nail in our coffin this season?
Or just like Rogers has given us something can Smith, Swoope, and Coffman step in and help fill the void till our injured playmakers return? Or is our remaining schedule to daunting and our coaches too inept to right this ship? I don't see any world beaters on our remaining schedule besides maybe the Steelers (our nemesis but if the Dolphins can beat them why can't we?) and the Vikings (who for some reason don't strike fear in my heart offensively and it should be a close game if we play well). So can a turnaround happen or is this gonna be back to back miserable seasons?
it starts today must win game

it don't matter what running back we get,if we don't have a line that we can get him open

Remember, they can always fire Pagano at the end of the year...
Not that I want them to, just saying.....
not be surprised if its befor end of year

I want to see-
Points scored in the first quarter!
No turnovers
Create and get a turnover
No more than 1 offensive holding penalty
No more than 1 defensive holding penalty
Some quick hitters on blitz plays
More Gore!
Some effective pressure on Mariota, force some mistakes.
Finally a Colts victory!
we had some good gore,if not for penaltys

I think a lot of people got hung up on his lack of top-end speed at his size. I'm certainly not one of them. If he can pick up blocks, I believe he's the future at RB for us.
he picked up nice block in frist game ,hes a keeper he be the starter next year

It's not hard to pick Andrew Luck & win 6 times in the AFC south. Sorry but be realistic.
could have been worst could have got rg3

I think a lot pepal reading to much into pre season

whats been lost in the pre-season is that the Colts have done a good job running the ball. Over 4 yards per carry tonight and over 100 yards. Also the offense looks like it has been focused on working on the run. I don't think we have seen anything close to the offense we are going to see once the season starts. Line has been sloppy in pass protection at times but run blocking wise they have been pretty good.
thay are going be fine when thay get down to 53 man roster and can game plain

either that or they don't have faith in andre johnson staying healthy. kinda makes you wonder if the only way they got gore was to bring johnson in as well. lol. but i do agree this pick made no sense what so ever. i would have rather us taken Jake Fisher or Clemmings with our first pick. at least it would go to protecting Andrew Luck. but our bigger need is on the other side of the ball.
Johnson onily going be thare coupal years dorset 10 or more if good

Don't sleep on this guy. I think this is a great signing. He showed flashes in SD.
I agree I think he won my fantasy football back then

2005 playoffs to Steelers
Not so much the Super Bowl vs the Saints...because of the Freeney going out and half of the secondary with him
The Steelers loss was just a choke job in all phases
that was a heart breaker
