Yep and now they have a great core of offensive players in Spiller, Stevie Johnson, Robert Woods, Da'Rick Rogers, and Marquise Goodwin. If Manuel plays like a 15th overall pick should, they could be dangerous this upcoming season.
Yep, yep. Besides Indy, Cincy and Peyton, Buffalo is one of the teams I really like to follow.
-
Marshawn Lynch, Frank Gore, Arian Foster, Ray Rice, CJ Spiller.
All of those guys are in a elite category, but AP stands above everyone.
In one of the SEA games last year, when SEA absolutely destroyed someone like 50 to 10, I could of sworn Lynch had 3 rushing TDS on like 5 carries to start.
-
With AP being the unanimous #1, there is a lot of disagreement with who was the 2nd best back in the league.
My vote goes to a guy who was severely overlooked and under-utilized last year:
CJ Spiller.
Hey, we have the same name. Buffalo sure has a way of finding really good running backs over the years. CJ Spiller is pretty amazing to watch. Random but I really thought Buffalo was an up and coming team. I'm from Indy but moved to Ohio, fifty miles from Cincy, for 7 years (back in Indy now... ) and I adopted the Bengals and still keep them as my 2nd team behind Indy. Whenever Fitzpatrick played as a backup there, he was super impressive. I was shocked they let him go this offseason to be honest. He's not great but he showed promise. I think Buffalo is heading in the right direction with Manuel, though. Okay. Sorry for going off topic but yeah, I'd vote Spiller as well.

AP, JJ Watt, Randy Moss in his prime.
-
I think Tim Tebow deserves a chance before him.
Can I like that everyone likes that?
-
I'm honestly not worried about SEA and SF. I think Denver can be a toss up, though... Maybe. I could see Peyton sitting the last 6 minutes of the fourth, as well.
-
I suspect those will come in the next two years or so....
I honestly think we already have our RB in Ballard. He'll show everyone who thinks different.

from colts.com
http://blogs.colts.com/2013/04/30/indianapolis-colts-sign-nine-undrafted-free-agents/
It looks like only 9 were signed, the rest were just invited to tryouts
In addition, Colts waived RB Alvester Alexander, FB Robert Hughes, and LB Shawn Loiseau.
Dang. I used Alexander in Madden for his speed on counter and stretch plays. I used to always use Brown but somehow he went down from 92 speed to like 87 through updates. Ballard should be rated a lot higher once we're in week 5 or so.
-
I'm already starting to dislike him. Ej Manuel is a 180 of him with way more potential.
-
NFLN was doing a pre draft interview with this guy. I honestly had no clue who he was and I had no reason to watch it really. He wasn't yet drafted by the Colts, it wasn't even draft day. I was stuck on watching his interview, though. He seems pretty awesome.

I bet Chris Collinsworth called him and was like "CMON MAN!"
This was the first time I logged in.. in forever. Just to say that was extremely funny . I could picture that.

So what's worse the manning haters or the Luck haters? Cause I don't know about you but Luck is a Colt. And many fans have had to defend our own player all year long. So yeah, it goes both ways
Both of them. Of course, we made the right decision with Luck but it was not because of Peyton's performance. His release was due to and only circumstance. I love Luck, the Colts and my home, Indianapolis. I'm moved on and did move easy. I just can't forget what 18 did for us. And never would I laugh or taunt him for losing. The 'Colts fans' that do should be ashamed.
-
Luck is only gonna get better too. Breaking many rookie records is huge for his confidence and just like Manning still knows he has work to do.
When Flacco threw late 4th QB TD I thought wow once again Manning let down again but the D had nothing to do with Manning's INT.
BTW If Luck was in Broncos situation late 4th 2 TOs left I have no doubt he would fought for the win. That's the reason Luck was the better choice.
What an absolute joke. You Manning haters are ridiculous. I don't understand it.
-
For any of you to disrespect Peyton the way you guys do make me wonder how you even call yourself a colt fan. . That man gave us everything he had .. I am a forever colt fan but in saying that if Peyton isn't playing us I will never pull against him. . I will never disrespect him the way some of you lifeless bums have
Yep. Forever and always a Colt here, too. You certain people should be damn ashamed. He gave us everything and more.

& done 7 out of 11 times with $tat$. he didder again.
Yes he still WON getting $26Million to rehab. Joy Joy Joy! Love it!
Wow. After all he did for the Colts, us and our city... I CANNOT fathom one single Indianapolis fan who disses Manning. Why? I see it here all the time and it flat out makes me sick.

I don't think Tebow would be a great bodyguard.
Great idea! He could be a personal protector again. Except instead of for the punter, he could do it for Luck. Off the field. I'm good with that. -
That has to be the most ill informed post -ever. Tebow is not an NFL QB. After warching him with the JETS (Colts fan living in NJ) I can saassure you he really sucks as a player.
Umm. What did you watch? I saw TWO passes from him all year. One was a 5 yard jump pass and the other was a nice 30 yard throw which was dropped. Other than that, it was Tebow up the middle, up the middle, then up the middle again. It was awful how the Jets used him. He's not a great qb, maybe not a qb at all but he's a hell of a player if you ask me.
I see him in like a Danny Woodhead/ Kevin Faulk position on NE. KC wouldn't be bad for him either.
-
Just watch. The Patriots will get him and make everyone look dumb. He won't ever take a snap as qb but I could see him being used as a hb/fb/3 te set, splitting punt returns. I don't want him here but I hope he lands on his feet.
-
I've thought about it, and I'm lost. Not a surprise in my world. I meant Edgerrin James. What did I miss? Help me ColtStrong.
It's not Edge ha. Ricky Williams.

He will win an unprecedented 5th MVP this year.
If Indy can't bring home the bacon I hope Manning and Denver do it.....
I just wish Adam Rank and all the other awful NFL writers would comeback on what they said and apologize for being wrong. They said he couldn't throw. They said one hit could retire him (he's took some BIG hits this season). Any team is taking a risk. Some even said he lost it before his injury.
Look at him now; top of his division, most pro bowl votes, 20...21 touchdowns, highest passer rating in the league. Well on his way to his 5th MVP.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm watching the same games... Sure seems to me the Colts have been using Avery as the deep threat almost every game... And it's been starting to work.
True. I think Hilton will be amazing to watch these next few years, him growing and stuff. Someone please remind me of that guy who used to play for us. He was good at returning kicks and was a wr, too. I wanna say Terrence Wilkins? Something like that. Hilton reminds me of him.
And I think the passing TDS are still up for grabs. Luck will probably throw 3 or 4 this weekend. Wilson is suprisingly good, though. Seattle hit the jackpot on what I think will be their career quarterback (10 plus years).
-
I imagine Vick and Palmer are digging for advice from ANDREW.
I don't mind Vick... but Palmer? I watched a lot of Palmer-Bengals games. He quit so much on the team. I'm talking mid game, not his retirement thing. He beats out Brees for me on quarterbacks I can't stand.
-
I like Skip. You just have to understand his humor. I'm getting kind of tired of everyone praising RG3's rating over Luck's, though. It seeems to be a lot of people's base arguement that RG3 is better. It's almost as if they haven't watched one single Colts game.

I went through like 6 seasons of living in Ohio and listening to games that weren't televised. It was awful lol. But yeah, it definitely shows on the guide as being played locally live. 8 P.M.Aw dude, way to burst my bubble! Don't have a provider, just local tv and download whatver else I want to watch the day after it airs. I'm gonna be so bummed if there's no way to watch this game! I'm sure not everybody has NFL network. So how do you all watch the games Thanks for helping me out, that's why I love this site. Everybody's so nice!
Predict our WR's and TE's stats.

Hahaha
I know TY had his breakout season already but I see him topping 1,000 recieving easy with a couple rushing/special teams touchdowns also. I love Hilton. I hope he's ours forever and ever.
