After slaying the Cowboys on national TV I wanted to come over and congratulate you guys on such a strong season. I think we both have pretty good QBs.

Where can Luck improve?
We think Griff can become smarter as a runner though we feel some head-hunting has been going on. We also figure he can improve mentally as any QB can as experience accumulates.

Out here in DC we are very glad we got Griffin. I think pre-draft most Indy fans wanted Luck and most Redskin fans wanted you to take him. Sounds like we are both happy. We finally feel like we got THE GUY that other teams always seem to get. Not many of us like the straight option play - especially a dozen times a game. We like that Griff looks to throw first and take off last. We like the QB draw - especially in goal line. We are 10 for 10 in 1st and goal. We like his accuracy. We feel like we got a good character guy. We feel like Shanahan saw the "mild" concussion and is backing off on the risk as is Griff himself who must learn when to be daring. We think he's already better than Vick there as well as in his passing ability. We think the 76 yard burst last week was the epitome of how he plays and what only he can do from the QB position at this point.
We think we have a unique QB who keeps us in every game - who freezes defenses simply by looking in a certain direction - who makes DEs NOT pin their ears back - who gets guys open by simply being a threat - who makes our run game better (2nd in NFL) by running himself and not allowing the D to key on our RB - who gets us all FIRED UP ... and that means something.
Question to you all - How fired up are people in Indy over Luck? Are you simply happy/hopeful with your new pick or are you psyched about each upcoming battle?

It's interesting reading the back and forth here. It is similar to what we have back in DC but in reverse. The majority there extolls the virtues of RGIII and is "brought back to Earth" by the "objective" ones or the Luck supporters while the reverse happens here.
Still wondering if this site has an option to create a poll.

Just so you all know, I grew up in Maryland and went to Colt games in Baltimore. I saw John Unitas pass it on to Bert Jones. I watched the Mayflower vans drive away. Before that my favorite team was the Colts followed by the Redskins. After that the Redskins became my favorite team followed by the Colts.
I hate the Ravens.
Anyway, on our fan forum site in DC we are talking about Luck vs. RGIII as well. We have conducted polls to see whom the members would prefer. I was hoping to come here and (not troll) find out the same thing. It looks like I need at least 15 approved posts before I can do certain things. It also looks like I'm limited to 5 posts a day.
Have you guys run such a poll? Do you have the ability to do so on this site? If so, can someone start such a poll, i.e., Whom do you want us to pick - Luck or RGIII? If you already have can someone point me to it?

I think the Ravens are vulnerable but I see them prevailing something like 30-24.
You should move the chains but they have a chance to control this one on the ground.
