Irsay hides behind his horse shoe just like a corporate coward. When you have a 12 time pro bowler, super bowl Champ and MVP, 4 time league MVP, fastest QB to reach 50,000 yards, etc... You make sure YOU respect him and communicate with him before your pig headed actions blow up in public.
