Yes.... I'm not a moderator, but I believe you have to have 15 posts before the system will let you start a topic to be discussed.

feels good, im excited im going to my first colts game ever in pittsburgh this week, so excited is anybody tailgating? taking my girlfriend with me and would love to meet up with some colts fan and throw down couple cold ones!
