Obstruction is obstruction regardless of how you spin it.
Brady's position is that his phone broke and per his sop he destroyed the phone. When he found he could not get the texts from his provider he provided the NFL this his phone records showing the time and dates of texts with the corresponding recipient phone number, of which there were about 28 recipients.
His records match up with the records of text of all the pats employee phones the NFL had in its possession and the other recipient phones can be subpoenaed.
Lets not got to overboard here.
if he really wanted to go rogue, he would not have provided the above.
Why would Goodell want a list of numbers. That does'nt prove anything. I would think the contents of the text messages are why the phone was destroyed. Why was the previous phone not destroyed if this is "common practice"??

The Wells Report is flawed, and the science is garbage, as proven by Yale, MIT, and BC, among others.
So yeah, it's garbage.
John Dowd, who was the one who investigated Pete Rose, stated yesterday that the whole Wells Report is garbage.
When he investigated Pete Rose, he had to prove that arose was guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt".
Wells couldn't even get remotely close to that.
Perhaps that "beyond a reasonable doubt" was on that phone that was destroyed at the time Brady was being questioned.

Don't be surprised to see this happen. Bellichick loves the guy and he would fit right in. People seem to forget just how much of a hindrance Reggie's triceps was this year. He can still play at a high level.

I would be appalled if I was a fan of such an organization, how can they be proud of a blatant cheating organization?
The league needs to put a stop to it now. There is no way to determine if the Colts would have lost "anyway".
The bottom line is the Pats cheated and they should be disqualified as well as fined and suspended!

It is better Green is out for the Bengals as Dalton will spread the ball and throw less picks. He forces it a ton to AJ and makes too many mistakes.
