RG3 is .2 seconds faster than Luck in the 40. How often does a QB run 40 yards?
Luck is VERY athletic. He can run if the opportunity presents itself.

Games missed last season
Manning - 16
Brackett - 14
Bullit - 14
Addai - 8
Clark - 7
Painter - wish it was 16
Now that the Colts know those players are gone for sure, as well as their salary, maybe better players than last year can be brought in.
Manning - Luck
Brackett - Angerer
Addai - Brown
Clark - Tamme or draft pick
Bullit - f/a or draft pick
Things aren't as bad as it seems. It is not 2009. Those guys have aged and suffered many injuries.
It can't be as bad as last season.

WR is a definite concern. If the Colts can get a free agent or two at o-line, I can see a WR being taken in the 2nd round.
Anyone remember the 2 picks after Manning? Both WRs.
AJG
JP
However, as a lot of 2nd and 3rd round picks by Polian, they never developed into good players.

My initial reaction is option B.
Trav posted how many games those 4 guys missed over the past two years and it's kinda staggering really.
Exactly. When you take that in consideration, they Colts aren't missing much on the field. They've been on the sidelines. They'll be missed in the locker room, especially Brackett.

The guys who were cut have been injury prone the last 2 years. They will be missed in out hearts but not as much on the field.
Getting old sucks.........

Luck will be taken #1. Rogers was what, #20. He had flaws to fix.
What flaws does Luck have?

What is the Colts make a change to the 3-4 defense?
It seems all the top defense play the 3-4. Can Freeney be outside LBs in the 3-4?
Could Freeney be an end in the 3 and Mathis and Hughes the OLBs?

If Brown gets 20 carries, my guess he ends up hurt.

The Colts play at Jax in game 16. Could be interesting if both team go into that game tied at 1-15 or 2-14.

The Colts would to have resign him first. I', sure his contrct is up in a year or two.
Colts Make Chandler Harnish (QB) Mr. Irrelevant

While he was at Norwell HS, I saw Harnish play football, basketball and I think he ran tack too.
He is a great athlete. However, from everything I've heard, he's an even better young man. AND, he's
a Colts fan. I'm sure he will at least be a practice squad player this year.
From what the Fort Wayne paper has said, the Chargers offered him a free agent contract before the draft was over. So, his
agent called the Colts and said if you want Harnish, you need to drat him.
