  1. Hi colts fans cardinal season ticket holder here.

I felt weeks before the game matched up better against the colts then most of the teams we played lately.

You seem to have a small defense which doesn't pose as much problem for our terrible online.

You have very few weapons around an amazing young QB

The cards are peaking and this game was the perfect storm for us. We have a great defense and finally a better offense.

Watch out for the cards that was the biggest butt whopping I have seen in our stadium for a long time.

  2. We need to attack through the air early on. No more trying to establish the run for the first half and come out with zero points.

The Cards D is #3 against the run, and #19 against the pass. Their apparent "weakness" is covering TE's, so I'm glad we are going with 4 TE's this game.

I say use the TE's on chip blocks, and send em out for short passes. Throw to T-Rich out of the backfield and let him get YAC. Reverse to DHB and exploit his speed. Handoff to Brown out of 3-4 WR sets, and screen to Brown and Richardson. Maybe a flea flicker in there and send T.Y. flying.

    Boom

good tight ends like vernon davis and jimmy graham have killed us. But we have tightened things up since getting our stud LB daryl washington back.

Still the underneath routes have been our weakness. Overall our D is very stout. The best I have seen in a long time here.

It's Andrew luck and his arm and legs that have me more concerned.

  3. Probably because Colts fans don't know what Colts team to expect.

Cards fans, however, are pretty confident they're going to roll us.

It'll be a tough game, with both teams fighting for the win, but I think the Colts will pull it out because we have a greater win urgency.

LOL..I can assure you there isnt a true cards fan who thinks we're "going to roll" you guys.

I doubt the "greater win urgency" we are right in the thick of many teams fighting for the wild card game.

What worries me more is the colts are coming off 10 days of rest in the middle of the season.

One thing you will see from us is a lot of pressure on Andrew Luck. That will be the deciding factor in the game.

  4. Mathis should get constant pressure this game, really anyone lined up defensive right should get pressure. Bradley Sowell is the worst starting OT in football.

Well he's been better then Levi Brown who was the biggest disaster I have ever seen. Our whole line is really bad.

  5. I can tell you Patrick rarely gets beat deep, but does get beat on the under routes. He is very very good,  as good as any top corner  in the league. But the likes of Golden Tate and Micheal Crabtree seem to give him fits.

And as far as special teams he's been pretty bad on punt returns to two years now. Good at securing the ball but is close to being replaced.

powers has been very solid this year for us. Better then Toler was last season but not by much.

Tyronne Mathieu has been a stud all year. Very steady, great tackler and on field awareness. His ability is high first round but drugs cost him draft position.

  6. Hi all:

I'm a Cards season ticket holder and thought I'd give you some insight to our team.

On offense we have a swiss cheese Oline and have for years. combine that with a slow footed Carson Palmer and it's been a disaster for much of the year. Any above average pass rusher can reck havoc on us. Last three weeks though you have seen Carson clicking a lot more with the likes of Floyd, Fitz and Roberts. Floyd is starting to breakout and is as dangerous as Fitz.

Ellington had the highest Yards per rush in the NFL prior to the last game. He is being somewhat limited by Arians due to his size but is an explosive player running and catching. Mendenhall has been a lot like your trent richardson. Take ball fall into line for 1-3 yards.

Our strength is our defense. It's even better then it was last year. We play a mostly 3-4 with Calais Campbell on the right end being an absolute stud. Old man john Abraham who we signed late in the free agent period because nobody wanted him has been lights out the last 3-4 games with a bunch of sacks and fumbles.

Our two linebackers Daryl Washington and Karlos dansby are as good as you can get with great speed and tackling ability. Our secondary is very stout led by Tyronne Mathieu the rookie and of course Patrick Peterson. Now Peterson gets a lot of pub as a "shut down corner" but he gets beat by the likes of Golden tate and Micheal Crabtree. If your guy Hilton is like those WR's I think he can get some catches on Patrick.

Our special teams is very good but our stud Justin Bethal had a concusion last week and is doubtful. He's one of the best gunners in the NFL and has blocked some field goals. Patrick Peterson is regressing in punt returns and is near the bottom of the league. Arians is thinking of replacing him with Tyronne.

You guys have a great team and am looking forward to the matchup. I personally think we match up well against the Colts and will beat them..Good luck and enjoy.
