[Andrew’s poor short throws]

Disconcerting for sure, but the Colts did not have any downfield weapons by the end of the season.  TY on one leg in not a deep threat, and who else did we have?  Inman stepped up, but he is not a deep threat.  I think the play of the game was the first play, when Mack got stopped for a 3 yd loss.  We go 3 and out, and the whole offense was stunned and never recovered. We do much better when we go no huddle, I would hope to see more of that next year.

[What the colts need to contend in 2019]

Ballard needs to draft and acquire personnel that will allow us to beat the Chiefs, for they will be the team to beat in the immediate future.  I say we need stud DL/DE's that can put pressure on the QB.  Mahomes and Brady have both shown if you give a QB time, they will pick apart zone coverage.

Funny, I was just becoming a Colt fan at 7 years of age, also liked the Jets.  After the Colts loss, I realized who I really liked, have been an avid Colts fan ever since.  I think all of my Jets bfootball cards spent time on my dartboard for awhile!
