  1. Eer James comments means he watches a lot of Seahawks games and he is a true Richard Sherman fan!! Cause that's what how I talk about Luck. I was amazed to read Sherman gets zero Saftey help and that he shuts down whoever using front of him haha that was hilarious! Sherman is an above average DB I'll give him that. But he gets help all the time from earl and kam. Sherman is not a true shut down corner yet. Maybe in a year or two but not yet!

The dude had like a 13% interception rate, with the least targets in the league. He's impressive, but i would say Revis is still better. Sherman still has the league's best defense behind him

  2. Yep and since you never read let me go back and restate everything

I said they hired a criminal attorney and maybe a litigation attorney was more appropriate

Indy gal responds with a smart butt ""oh maybe if you read they are litigation attorneys!!!" And posted a huge long link about the attorney in question. Sure enough at the very bottom it says he's also a criminal attorney

Now do you understand I'm tired of re explaining old posts so because you don't read them and therefore don't get the context in which I am speaking

So.. IndyGal does the same thing you did to me and she's a "smart butt"? Come on. You're really grasping now

Oh, and the above that's bolded shows how. Correcting* me. haha

  3. So you gotta find something new to say after the whole "he's a litigation attorney I so smaaaaart" statements I understand. I'm not exaggerating when I say that is the biggest fail I have ever seen on a forum I'm emailing it to everyone and showing people my friend just squirted scotch out his nose reading it just FYI. I don't want you to hurt yourself trying to make witty remarks

Everyone knows where I stand and no one has presented definitive evidence to change my mind. I think people are innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until proven innocent and that is the direction this country is headed and I'm sick of it.

I have personal reasons as to why I don't believe marti and am biased feel free to pm and maybe you'll at least understand why I am so passionate about it (it's loosely related and doesn't have to do with bullying or racism)

There's nothing definitive in that piece of junk to prove anything. A bunch if contradictory statements. You guys need to learn innocent till proven otherwise because that concept has started to go down the toilet with our society and the media. I don't think a bunch of masked faces saying contradictory statements proves anything definitively if you do then I pray you are not a politician

Everyone knows my stance I'm done defending it feel free to pm

You had just criticized me for saying he was a private investigator. lol

  4. So it says un named players thought it wasn't a big deal, and other unnamed players thought it was, wow that is just definitive proof right there.... Especially with all the direct quotes. This just sounds so subjective of what the interviewer thought happened and isn't concrete at all. We don't know what the players thought, this is just the investigators interpretation. This wouldn't hold up in court at all.

How does this confirm what players thought all along when when this first broke everyone said nothing bad happened, and now there's highly conflicting views without even sufficient proof that anyone said those things to jump to those conclusions because there is no quotes.

It's one part. Go read the rest of it, including the texts.

  5. Because they struggle to come up with any substance from the article besides the most publicized piece from the trainer, and when first asked they wouldn't provide anything wijthout time to put in a fast google search for quotes, and even then couldn't address my main point which was

Why don't the players speak out against mr racist if they are all black?

Then Dustin who read the report says you aren't going to get players named speaking out about this

And mr t.y haze comes along and says the report confirms what the players thought all along even though Dustin said thee were no quotes from named players

So someone didn't read the report and is pretending to because the two people saying they read it have said completely opposite things. Can't have it both ways

Never did i say that players were quoted saying things and their opinions on the matter. But a large part of the report is constructed through the views and ideas of the players in the locker room, including texts between Incognito, Pouncey, Martin and other players on the offensive line. Most of these i can't copy and past into here because it is a family friendly forum. Specifically, players aren't named, like Dustin said, but please look at this small part:

"Other members of the Dolphins offensive line in 2012 and 2013 told us that they had heard vulgar language used frequently. Most of them reported that they did not believe that Martin had been singled out for harsher treatment and that, in general, they did not believe that vulgar language was used on the offensive line to harm or demean. A few players said that they believed that Martin was treated better than other rookies because he was a starter, and they reported that other linemen, specifically Nate Garner and Josh Samuda, seemed to get it worse.” Some linemen recalled hearing comments about Martin’s sister, but most denied hearing such remarks made frequently.

On the other hand, several linemen, whose statements we credited, corroborated Martin’s account that he routinely had been spoken to harshly and said they understood why he was offended. And several players we interviewed from other units on the team suggested that the vulgar language Martin complained about was over the top and was not common elsewhere among the Dolphins."

Any way you look at it, the situation isn't good. Like i said before, this report heavily cites what other players thought of the culture, and it presents views from both sides of the story. Quit acting condescending and demeaning when you yourself only nitpick with the fact that i said he was a private investigator.

  6. I'll take that as you have no rebuttal to the fact you didn't read the report and presented completely false information

Nope. I didn't read it. It's all media propaganda that was made to belittle Incognito for being a little racist. There's no detailed accounts of different interviews with several different people, and theres no part anywhere of incognito admitting that he actually did say most of the stuff Martin accused him of. The media obviously created this report just to make people call for Incognito's head even more.

    lmao

  7. ok well since i havent read it and you have please quote players names and whether or not they though what richie did was wrong rather than just post something with no substance

you all can think that this report is objective and youre very naive, there is no way they wouldnt make richie look bad to please the fans like you calling for his head without even knowing what really happened

    '

It is objective. And you saying you haven't read it just further proves my point. It constantly shows what many players thought throughout the whole thing, so instead of asking me to, how about you take about a minute to read a page or two before even replying?

And no, this report isn't just to make fans happy. If you think that, you're just plain ignorant. Again, the NFL hired a private investigator to do this, and it's really well put together.

And when have i called for Incognito's head? He's a terrible person for tormenting his teammates, but i never said anything about him being banned. Quit acting like he did nothing wrong

  8. Again ill take the players word for it. I think there would be a lot of * off people with Richie if he was that racist, it really sounds like he just had bad boundaries and a terrible sense of humor.

I don't believe for a second that if it was found incognito didn't do anything they wouldn't somehow spin this to make it look like he was at least a little wrong. He said the n word and other homophobic words. I don't think the dolphins would have decided it was worth it to keep him right or wrong because all the scrutiny and public relations issues it would've caused regardless of what happened.

If ya really want someone on our team who can't stand up for themselves and is at risk to just walk out and throw people under the bus then you all will find reasons why it would be smart to sign him and downplay his actions.

But, you can't argue that paying someone to not play will benefit this team

That is what will happen with a mentally unstable martin who has shown no reason for me to believe he will not continue using drugs during the season. Hell fail a drop and boom, money down the pisser ( re dhb)

You do know that a very large part of this report cites what other players in the locker room say, correct? This isn't some Skip Bayless writing. This is an actual investigation, and it's 144 pages long. Maybe you should check it out.

  9. I think with Reggie coming back, a new WR would be more of a luxury, and not a necessity. With Reggie and TY starting, we have Rogers, Brazill, and Whalen sitting in the wings waiting to contribute.

If a new wr is signed, though, i won't complain. It will help the team out. It just depends who it is.

    Also, i don't like Nicks.

EDIT: Also, Dwayne Allen is coming back too. I really don't think WR is a need until next year

  10. I don't know why anyone needs to be so dogmatic about it. That's why they vote. Mathis got a good share of votes, it's not like he was frozen out and got zero recognition.

I disagree about the stats and the games. Raw stats don't work. If I rush the passer 200 times and get 10 sacks, and you rush the passer 500 times and get 12 sacks, your raw sacks number is kind of sorry in comparison with mine. Quinn was far ahead of Mathis is pass rush efficiency, which includes total QB disruptions (sacks, hits and hurries). Quinn was also better against the run.

IMO, Bowman had a better year that Keuchly, i i believe that's kind-of a snub. Also, as mentioned before, Watt should've been a finalist. It shouldn't really matter how bad your team was

  11. If anything Richard Sherman should of won over Kuechly.

Honestly, Kuechly wasn't even the best ILB in the league this year, that was Bowman.

Oh well, Mathis not getting the award doesn't discount how great his season was. :)

  12. It should come down to Kuechly and Mathis.

I would be thrilled with Mathis, but (and this won't be popular on a Colts forum) I think Kuechly should win it.

It's the best player and leader on arguably the best defense, vs a player who is the only reason their defense was respectable.

    Tough choice.

Obviously most of us in the forum are biased, but Mathis should really win it. What would the Colts defense have been without him? How many games has he turned around with a strip-sack? But ya know, JMO
